@DemonHakz I have both a PS3 and an Xbox 360. And yes, I do have a Live gold membership. The reason why you have to pay for live is that the connection is so much better. I have not played my PS3 one time without getting disconnected from PSN at least 6 times within about an hour. I only get disconnected from Live about 3 times a day, playing for around 8 hours.

You have a bad connection then because i had an Xbox once but it got the red ring and i switched to Playstation 3, and neither console kicked me, maybe once or twice for both but never 6 times an hour, and also since I've had the Playstation i noticed i would get kicked more off of lobbies or lag out on Xbox 360 game servers like mw2, more then Playstation 3 game servers
