i love watching the other synchro teams,i really want to be in the olympics someday (:

synchro is such a hard sports but its tons of fun! so far i'm only a teir four/five, but i have been in synchro for five years, i only have to swim 14 hours a week

I just began tier 6 this year and combined with a duet the hours are crazy even after 6 years of synchro i never thought that even 20 hours a week could be that hard, one day i aspire to be like these girls even if i have to swim like 45 hours a week.

just holding your breath does not even come close to holding your breath and doing what they are doing at the same time... alll of these girls can hold their breath for 3 minutes plus easily! imagine it more like sprinting for 4 minutes and holding your breath for 30 second intervals at the same time... it gets a little more difficult! lol

Such a long routine (I'm a competitive swimmer myself, but O_o) Holding yer breath, moving yer legs, and sculling that hard ot keep yer body weight up, it's incredible what they can do.
