Beer Review: Alaskan Brewing Winter Ale

that is a good beer bro, have you try the new called ranger made by the new belg ( fat tire) it is an IPA , it is the best and also try a beer from flying dog brewery called raging bitch it is IPA with IBU: 60

I live in alaska and alaskan brewery beers are my absolute favorite beers to drink. The new Alaskan white is by far my favorite but the winter ale comes in a close second. I think the floral aftertaste you're getting is definitely the spruce tips which are commonly used to make tea. I don't think I've had anything bad from Alaskan. Smoked Porter is one of my all-time favs and the Winter Ale is one of my favorite Christmas beers. I have one in the fridge as we speak and I'm going to sip on it as I bottle my homebrew tonight!

another great review, 5 stars. never tried this one. I will do so sometime this winter. but just an fyi for you joe and the subscribers (includes me) Seirra Nevada Harvest "Wet Hop Ale" just came out gets an A- on Beer Advocate, Also Stone Double Bastard just came out and that gets a A on Beer Advocate. I am drinking the Wet Hop Ale now and its top notch stuff, Grab them if you can find them!

HEY joe i have a greeaattt challenge for u. iv been seeing some things around the internet about this beer. its called Westvleteren 12. suppost to be the worlds greatest tasting beer. apparently its really really hard to get.
