I agree 40 is 40 and 50 is 50 and 60 is 60! Okay,w hat about us who are in our fifties? your right our experience should make us a prime candidate but I don't many 30 year old bosses want to hire older people. Experience does not make us smarter but could intimadate the other managers which I have experienced. I am not even getting an interview and its been a year and half now and i do not put my age on my resumes.
