I agree with Sophersnfriends, you probably are treating him badly. Cuz first off, you are supposed to discipline them when they bite. And second off, since when do people tell their dogs to bite???
you are so idiot, this breed will never react in that way if you hadel in the correct way, never a golden retriever will be like that, sorry for you dog... She fall down with a owner like you... It's a shame.
My golden Charlie is such a Golden, nice... But bad on leash. Like stubborn/annoying. But he was growling and barking at a black lab the other day. He was ignoring me when I was saying sit, etc. Now, if I yelled and was stern he would of listened... He would be like OH FUCK mommy is pissed! But I didn't wanna look mean... lol I let him look bad ass... The lab was calm tho xD
Ever considered the idea that he's not been trained properly? If you put the effort into training a dog properly when it's a puppy, this wouldn't happen.
@infernodood3 It didn't look convincing that your golden wouldn't bite someone for real one day. That kind of behaviour has been self inflicted on your dog. It's a real shame and a mistreat to the breed to teach a golden to behave that way! It's no wonder why the golden is now #3 on the bite list. Yes, that's right, up to #3 because of people like you who tease and teach an otherwise loving and docile breed to behave that way.I happen to own 4 goldens, and am familiar with this breed.
We didn't think we would be getting a vicious dog when we decided to get a golden retriever! We had him home the first day and he viciously attacked us as an 8 week old puppy. You can't tell me there isn't anything wrong with that.
@DAKRUPAINATER Yeah maybe he's a dark golden retriver :p, and wow an 8 week old golden retriver puppy attacking someone wow i with i could see that :>
@DAKRUPAINATER So he "viciously" attacked you the first day you bring him home but yet you keep him and then don't seek help from a professional trainer. Then you torment him on an internet video. It also appears that you didn't do much homework on a responsible breeder. You deserve some of the blame.
thanks them there northern city person! Hes a real prick. He got me good too. I always tell people that are around him not to even touch him. He needs to see the stash then he'll be better!
Something is wrong with that dog or your not treating him properly.

jeez did you train him to do that? i mean he kept getting more and more mad when you said "do you bite.. do you bite..." this is so sad.

Typical GR. Not surprising. There's a reason they're on the dangerous dog list, along with labs.

bad breeding at its finest.. its becoming more and more evident in goldens and labs who are inbred and over bred like you wouldnt believe
