how did you do the background?

@Slushythekitty I used the gradient tool and duplicated the layer. The layer on top (the copy) i placed it on overlasy with 34% opacity then in between those layers i added the clouds and other details. While the yellow sparkles where done with a brush and I added the outside glow to it ^^ hope it helped
