hahahaha, just because they're "asian greens" it doesn't mean that it can go with just anything that is asian...bok choy and snow peas DO NOT go into pho...on top of that, the procedure of actually making the broth takes a few HOURS....not minutes...

Dude...............I am 100% vietnamese and I know that is not pho. Cai do ngin y chang pad thai hay la can di car do. That is soo not pho I mean, my mom even tought me how to make pho. I stood there watching her. May can nay la do pho dom him co phai pho sum do!!!! :P
