i didnt know Jason Mraz listened to Disturbed lol k now that ive done my trolling i will say this. you arent using your full voice you're singing falsetto, dont be afraid to use as much volume as you want because thats what makes a good vocalist a great one, i used to sing like that before i had professional training about 5 years back. basically bring all your volume from your diaphragm and push like youre shitting and use your mouth muscle and jay to accent syllables and vibratos
