  • So proud to be a Queen fan, knowing that they truly are the greatest.

  • Live Aid was before my years so I don't know an awful lot about it, and am seeing it out of the context of the time...watching this documentary I actually find most of it really irritating. For a big fundraising event, all I am seeing are people whinging, posturing, acting totally self important, complaining about who went on in what order and who said what to who, etc.

BUT...the bit where Queen performs actually made me choke up, just from the sheer awesomeness. Man, I wish I was there.

  • Seriously, I get so many chills when it comes to the Queen part of the documentary.

  • @TriggerHapyFellow I do too! With the shots from the stage and the energy, you feel so much a part of it, even 26 years later. Queen literally owned the world for those 20 minutes...must have been an incredible feeling for them!

  • Man, Bono sure does drop alot of mics.

  • the funny thing is hall and oates no one knows where they are today and queen is still very popular so who is the real jerk.

  • @MrQueenfan4ever id honestly never heard of him or his group............says it all then doesnt it. Queen are the best band ever, and they fuckin proved it that day

  • @MrQueenfan4ever Also, that coming from a nation who seemed to almost completely forget the ethnic minorities in their own country during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. But bloody hell, imagine if there was a band today that had that much stage presence and physical and emotional power....
