You can get a lot of bolts from hoverboard races. There's a cheat so you can walk around the track and regenerate bolt crates as well.

I know where the bottom serect bolt is. Its when you get to 7:38, you turn around and you will see ledges and you just keep following them. Ive got all the gold bolts except for one. The other bolt on veldin.
