For all you idiots that follow obama blindly, he was actually lying.. do some research before you support something you don't know.. sheep! Quick! follow that guy cause we're too insecure and scared to do our own thing!
he does lie, you dumb fuckers are too stupid to see it. Get an education and you'll see, Wait until this election day when the republicans take the house back because everyone is tired of this fucking tool. You'll see fuckers
Protip: ALL politicians lie. Also the GOP is currently in a state of disarray. The majority of the country generally doesn't like the republican party based on Bush's handling of... everything, and the composition of Congress reflects that. Republicans would have to gain back a whopping 79 seats in the House. That combined with the aforementioned fact, along with the fact that republicans have rarely controlled congress in recent decades makes republicans regaining control of the gov impossible.
People crushed by law, have no hopes but from power. If laws are their enemies, they will be enemies to laws; and those who have much to hope and nothing to lose, will always be dangerous.
The concessions of the weak are the concessions of fear.
The use of force alone is but temporary. It may subdue for a moment; but it does not remove the necessity of subduing again: and a nation is not governed, which is perpetually to be conquered.
deserves respect for being the president? lol you're right he had to lie and manipulate A LOT to get to that office.. convince people that he is going to change a thing that Bush did
I'm sure that the lovely, rational, fair-minded, color-blind folks of the Second District of South Carolina will bring it to the attention of Joe Wilson if... or if not... they believe he represents their best view of themselves.
We need to step up our game plan and get more involved. For ways in which you can do that see the comment section of my profile. If you are still confused about the public option or health care reform you may also find the information I have useful as I have a wide variety of resources for you as well. Thanks.

Obviously because he's the president. But not only that, Joe Wilson should have been more respectful not only because he's an elected member of Congress, but because he's an adult.
He deserves more respect than the average American because hes President? What the hell has him being president got anything to do with it? He should get more respect because more people voted for him than the other people who ran for president? What a load of bull.
One flaw with your theory, everyone is entitled to respect, and no one should be interrupted like that. It's only made a big deal because it's politics. I agree with Wilson, Democrats are playing "politics" but so were the Republicans when they were trying to turn people against President Obama's back-to-school speech.
I think people being interupted and being told that they're wrong is quite a good aspect of politics. I take it that during Obamas speech Obama isnt allowed to give way to other people for them to have their say?
I dont see why he should be allowed to stand there and lecture but recieve no feedback other than applaus.
It's more like, respect the institutions of the Republic.
A citizen heckling the Pres at a townhall or some other informal appearance is fine.
A Congressman heckling during a speech before a Joint Session of Congress--a formal state ceremony that doesn't happen more than once a year--violates standards of civility.
Its a complete lack of decency. You respect the office eveb if you dont respect the man.
A regular teabagger shouting that would be different. A member of congress shouting that in that venue was very disrespectful. Nancy Pelosi should have thrown him out for being out of order.
as per house rules.
Cant say I expected much though. Republicans have no sense of decency, honor, patriotism or self respect. They are a bunsh of disorderly baffons incapable of any rational dialogue
Plastic face Pelosi is a parody of herself. I'm surprised her skin didn't slide off her face when she turned her head that fast.

theres a time and a place for everything.
That was the wrong place at the wrong time.
Theres plenty of time after the speech to analyse it, but not during it.
