They have all been known to have changed their stories numerous times only showing that if they were truly innocent, they would have a proper alibi.

The knife was a common kitchen knife that many people had handled, including the victim herself, and it didn't match the wounds on the victim. The police contaminated the crime scene by transferring blood and other DNA material to various objects throughout the apartment. The footprint found at the crime scene didn't match the size of the boyfriends foot. The statements of the accused were coerced by Italian thug cops who are known to coerce confessions from people.

Despite the prosecutor being potentially corrupt, that is not enough of a reason to assume her innocence. The fact remains that all three-parties' DNA appeared at the crime scene. If Amanda Knox, or Sollecito for that matter, were innocent, they would have been able to provide a solid, concrete, and unflawed story from the beginning. They have all been known to have changed their stories numerous times only showing that if they were truly innocent, they would have a proper alibi.

The knife was a common kitchen knife that many people had handled, including the victim herself, and it didn't match the wounds on the victim. The police contaminated the crime scene by transferring blood and other DNA material to various objects throughout the apartment. The footprint found at the crime scene didn't match the size of the boyfriends foot. The statements of the accused were coerced by Italian thug cops who are known to coerce confessions from people.

It would be foolish to hate all of Italy, I've been there several times and I think the people are very nice. But Italy, and possibly Greece, are the only places that use the "guilty until proven innocent" law, and I think people have a hard time with this kind of old Fascist method. One female CNN newsreporter put it very well when she said the Italians have "the appearance of sophistication" but in reality aren't all that sophisticated. Italians are basically gawkers... i for one am very disappointed. the evidence was circumstantial. the police work and investigation shoddy. reasonal doubt written all over this case. i guess that's not a part of the italian judicial system. amanda was in the wrong place at the wrong time. this case has commanded worldwide attention. i think they convicted her because they did not want the world to think their judicial system is weak and their police incompetent. they are saving face at amanda's expense!

Can you give us the relevant arguments, please, can you make your case? Her lawyers will surely consider to take her case even to Rome and after to Strasbourg or Geneva, if she has been denied her rights or mistreated. So, let's wait if that happens.

The fact that each of the 3 accused (now convicted) have changed their stories/alibis and accused one another....it seems like drugs were involved that night and that this was a crime of passion...the fact that a knife was used indicates a struggle in close range with someone she knew, rather than a gunshot and then hide the body somewhere like a random killer might do...as far as the DNA, there may not have been much of it because they could have just been very careful going about the killing.
