@tuxdwyer Hi, I changed the color of text in their respective app settings. For example, the weather text color i changed in Snowstorm Weather, and the color of the text in the bottom i changed using Minimalistic Text. Hope this helps.
i'm currently in villain rom right now and i was impressed with it, the battery life really did increase. but do you recommend speedmod rather than villainrom?
gikan ko sa litening rom v6.1 then ni balhin ko sa villain rom kay disappointed ko sa battery life. 10 hours ra ang max sa akong phone. khbw ka mo openvpn? please reply :D thnx
@numberLAG I actually just sold it but when I was still using Litening Rom, I was getting close to 40 hours with moderate use. You might want to reset to factory settings, delete everything and then flash to Litening Rom again. or you could try using a different kernel like SpeedMod.
I would like to cfw mine but is it easy to remove the cfw and go back to stock and remove the root if the phone break or something? Just in case I want send to for repair (warranty)?
I did custom rom my other phone (samsung (galaxy gio) and Im loving it. Can u belive that the gio with cfw is faster than the S2 with stock rom:)
@qluuuuuuuulp that's awesome dude:) and to answer your question, yes it is very easy to go back to stock and remove all trace of root:) just have to install a stock rom in the same way that a custom rom is installed using Odin:)
@shan19key i'm afraid the top bar cannot be themed, at least I haven't found any way to do it. As for the icons, please send me your email address in a personal message and I will send them over to you:)
@derrtyverrsion I got them online from some forum, I believe I still have them. If you'd like a copy I can send them to your email, just give me you address through a personal message. Cheers!
@marktesch awesome :D btw did you use Odin? if so, how do I flash it again to apply the swedish keyboard wich I have downloaded from XDA developers, its a ZIP file
@UnitedHaxors I did use Odin for the initial flash and root. After that, I usually just download the zip file and flash it in Recovery Mode. Copy the zip file to your SD Card. Then, turn off your phone and press the power button, volume up button and power button at the same time until you get to a screen with orange text. then navigate to Choose a zip file from SD Card, or something like that. Home button is to select, Power button is to go back. Hope this makes sense.

@UnitedHaxors you don't need one:) put the file in the Internal SD, or internal storage:) there are two: internal and external if you have the extra sd card that you insert yourself:) hope this helps!
@zerbibo Hi, go to your phone settings. then tap on display and then screen display, i believe. you should find that you can change the wallpaper and lockscreen wallpaper. it's the same menu where you can change the position of the clock. hope this helps.
@NoMinecraft Hi, I'm not using any theme. Just a black background and a bunch of widgets:) oh and I replaced the icons on the bottom of the screen as well with some that I found on the Internet.
@marktesch Hello im NoMinecraft on my other account asking you wich widgets is it you are using because i love them and can you send me the links of the widgets, app icons in a PM thankyou
@Pousup for the lockscreen, yes you can. Just go to Settings, Display, and there you can change the position of the lockscreen clock for either top, middle, or bottom. hope this answers your question:)
@Pousup unfortunately the size can't be changed:p but it's good enough, I agree there is a lot of space for other things, though:p congratulations, you will have a lot of fun with it, trust me:)
@faiz434 I think it depends on the launcher. Just go into the launchers settings and see if it can be done:) I can't really remember, I am using a different launcher now, sorry:)
@campie1997 I was using Launcher7 for a while but I am now back to using CyanogenMod7 so I am using the built in ADW Launcher that is installed with it, not bad at all:)
This looks really sharp. I plan on getting the Galaxy S2 as my first Android phone and one drawback I noticed is that most Androids look cluttered. I really like this clean look.
@danceformegirl yeah thanks, this is my first Android phone as well:) I never really liked the interface of the Android and it still is a bit lacking; but it's a lot more customization than the iphone will ever have. What drew me to the SGS2 was its raw power, a solid device so far:) Cheers!
@marktesch Still pleased with it? I'm planning on making the leap. it's a big one from the iPhone 4 but I cannot stand being fenced in. Looking forward to the move. :-)
Hey! cool theme. lol. I like your lockscreen, can you tell me how to install it? and also your icons, they're awzm. lol. (can you send it to me? haha). I haven't rooted my phone yet but am planning on flashing lite'ning rom v5.0 with ninphetamine 2.0.5. I already know how to flash LRv5.0 but stilll trying to understand how to flash ninphetamine kernel. Sorry if I'm asking too much. haha but I sent a PM, and I really really hope you can help me. P.S. I can see you're from cebu. :>
Thanks man i just flashed Lite'ning 5.0 with Android 2.3.4 but have some major battery drain issues, but now i disabled wifi-teather through Titanium Backup and uses your SetCPU settings for voltage and the battery drain might be solved for now but the kernel nimphetamine 2.0.2 might needs to stabalise and give the rom some charges first .... thanks for your great video and tips...
Hey. Really like your vid. And your from my home country! Kabayan! Lol anyway im new to the samsung. Swapped my iphone for it. So i dont know anything.. Been looking around your vid is the best ive found. I guess i could browse around and find my own way to root my phone but would be great to get dome help from you. Many thanks
@shashasha24 Sure:) all you need to do is download and use GO Launcher EX, No Wallpaper, Snowstorm Weather Widget (and choose any skin that you like, they are all built-in and free), Minimalist Text (customize your own or follow mine if you like). As for the icons, I am using a set of icons i found on the web. Let me know if you want them and I can email them to you, just send me a personal message so nobody will see your email address:) Cheers!

@kimtw9310 hi, i am not sure about management but each time there is a new ROM from Litening rom, I make sure to update it so that I get the best from that developer:) I use GO Launcher EX also and I just changed some icons, used No Wallpaper from Android Market and then used Snowstorm Weather with a skin. I also downloaded Minimalist Text to round it off. Thanks, hope you can share your theme as well:)
