One of the things I miss from living in London is that many restaurants had what they referred to as "Crispy duck pancakes." This seems to be different from the "peking duck" that you usually get in America or Australia. This recipe seems to be closer to the former!
@jasondelauro I know what you mean. I can't find Peking Duck unless I drive 2 hours north! That's why I had to figure it out or else it'd be another 10 yrs before I get to enjoy it again. Thank you for watching!
