When freezinf, i flour , place on a cookie, sheet , then place in the freezer over night . Next day, they go in a ziplock bag. No need to thaw out just throw into the butter/.

Is that plain white flour you used to dry them?

You can also put in a jar in the dark with a dessicant like silica gel (in packet obviously).

P.S. nice shrooms, you have some massive looking ones there. What strain are they?

just cut them in half lengthwise and pass on a string, hang somewhere drafty out of sun and they'll dry nicely in 2-3 days, store in freezer or paper bag. they don't shrink as much.
