I'll show you a trick that is WAY better than anything here, and it will work much easier.

Go to your start menu and then run (XP) or on Vista/7 just type it into the search box.

Paste this:

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

Have fun! This is the equivilent of typing cmd -> telnet -> o towel.blinkenlights.nl. There is no 'telnet server 34.'

I've used pure dos, i had to insert a floppy disk to run it, then insert a floppy disk to launch things. command prompt is dos scripting, but not dos itself.

This video was a complete fail. wasn't sure what i was doing. I got alot more tricks that are a ton better than anything here, not sure if i'll actually make a video that has them though.
