@Danny77uk CGI costs less and in the right hands it looks better but imagine how it would look if the freeway car chase in the Matrix was done in CGI. Or the lobby shootout. Or any other scene from any other movie which was done with real props and characters.

Yeah, CGI can look awesome. But at the end of the day it's just CGI.

And although I respect George Lucas I think he can sometimes be kind of an ass.
