I used to just watch the background. The birds flying across the sunset, fish jumping out the water and the leafs fluttering to the ground from the tree as an worm crawls across the tori. Used to send me to sleep it was that relaxing.

I tried to co-op with a buddy on IK+ against the AI. But he smacked me up anyway for fun and I said "ok enough with the fooling around, try and be serious now or we'll never get anywhere". "Ok" he said after being done the the laughing and we regrouped and then.... he smacked me again with a fist in the back of my head. He was impossible to co-op with and still is today :)

They really, really don't make games like this anymore. I used to play this, rampage and final fight every saturday with my friends on a stock 500. We had to turn it off for 30 seconds between loading games because we didn't want a virus. Which wouldn't really have been possible when only playing commercial games. Innocent times.

@ufosauna I didn't know there were any other settings, I figured there was also only headbutting allowed from one side of the screen to the other and last man standing wins a headbutt stand off. One of the games that came out time and time again, classic.

:) for reaching megahero, I played wih a friend, the objective was to have the better score for me by hitting the CPU only, and superior or equal to CPU for him, I didn't fight with my friend so it was easier for defeating CPU.

in Solo, I never reach a level better than yours.

Have fun on amiga, I have sold mine several years ago, what a mistake...

Yes, I saw "Enter the Dragon" after playing this game and recognized the samples. The scene in which John Saxon's character knees his opponent in the balls and he makes the painful scream is particularly memorable.

The GBA version is a lazy port and the remake doesn't get clost to the original. IK+ is brilliant. If it got remade in HD for the PS3 I would be all over it.

Does anyone remember an amiga game called "Fighting Warriors" it was a Streetfighter 2 clone and PD game.

yesssssss , i was 16 years old !!! it is one of those games that makes you play continuously , and even after you got tired playing after 2 hours , after 4 days you start again with the same enthusiasm as the first time !!! fast movements and great song make this one of the best games of that era!!!
