My charm is at the highest it can go, but I don't have that paragon option when talking to Saren... can anyone help me?

@Atompover I think if u fail to upload a character then the default is that he died.

Yeah. I always get Wrex the armor + I use charm to calm him down. He's a cool character, I hope I can keep him alive through ME2... =)

@karaboo03 Also, if you don't have high intimidation or charm, you can do a side mission by helping him get his families armor back from Tuntau. Then when you talk to him on Virmire, you'll be able to calm him down because of the trust he gained from you.
