@dawidlaszuk I think it measures the electrical signal coming from your brains. These signals are comparable to a bath of water, where all the small waves represent different thoughts. It is therefore very hard to filter out a single thought, and I agree with you that muscular activity also plays a very important role. Still, it does use signals from your brains as well.
this is not EEG. it's EMG if something. It's uses signals from your muscules, not directly (and only) from brain.
