yeah.. i think he's got the wah down low so it tones it down a bit. he does the same thing in the recording, just he had alot more distortion. or at least a different kind. plus this is probably right after recording by the way. they toned down more after that and progressively got more heavy. and the solo sounds like his amps are about to explode. like the sounds trapped in them or something
