This is clearly a '92-ish Chronic-era song judging from Snoop's flow. Don't think this would have made it to Doggystyle. Classic either way and they should have used it. Warren G ended up making a similar beat on his first album using the same sample.

This song would've been one of the harder songs on Doggystyle. Production sounds a bit more serious if you'd compare the rest of the album to this, Snoops flow is automatic, and the Dr.Dre appearance is very nice. And Mr.Officer is definetly worth releasing, hopefully the final version sounds like Bitches Aint Shit did in the rerelease of the Chronic almost a decade back.
