The Tool-assisted speedrunner always put a description with all the techniques he used to achieve his run. It helps you to understand the run. it's not the speedrun, in Donut Plains 1 you could be much faster if you ran more on the bottom. but you also cheated.

Donut Secret House:you cant jump on ghosts without getting hurt or through stairs.(5:12)

Star World 1:you have to destroy every block, you cant fly through them as if they werent there.(6:17 6:19)

Star World 2:you cant "swim down", youd have to "let yourself slide down".(im not English.)the following fish follow more.
