That depends on your relation with the girls, so, if you got Cierra's ending, that means that you made choices that Cierra liked (when those hearts showed up) or by finishing battles with her. The Girl that likes you the most is the one you'll have the ending of.
It's not bad per se, hence the "bad". However, Ein doesn't do anything in this ending and considering the dating sim elements in this game, Ein ending with no one made this a bad ending to me, maybe more like plain, but you get the idea.
I personaly think this is the best ending. (though I only got Fia's and Cierra's aside from this one). This is the least romantic one, and I always considered Ein a Grim Angel, over all other titles, so he kind of "belongs" to Asgard. But that's just my opinion of it.

I wanted a Ledah ending. T.T Then again, I also wanted an ending with one of those Undines that you help or with Mursya. What if you could get Malice to like you? o.O (Or scarier...Seth.) Or Ein becoming a gaurdian alongside Ursula. Urgh, I'll shut up now.
Okay that's sad and I'm glad that I didn't have THAT ending but the good ending...Yep this means to put more time and effort in the game. Thanks for showing me but that's sad

This is probably not the Bad Ending.
This is probably we can call
"Ein/Ekuseru Ending"
since it is about Ein looking for a the hidden books in the library and founds out that made Asgard in a new era.

Yeah, if you don't get the heart with any girl, you should get this ending. This was almost as hard to get as the other Rose ending >_>
