  • Allahu Akbar ! Beautiful nasheed

  • Fuck the poster !!! Why u remix the anasheed with song ? stupid man !!

  • a very beautiful melody

  • @EminemShadyRecordz I'd be doing it for someone else not me which is wrong so i rather be true to my self than telling my self a lie

In the eyes of God that is whats right so who knows maybe I will go to a good place after death

  • @Reishoon For a woman?

  • I'm thinking about converting to Muslim but don't know if or not.

  • @Reishoon Converte dude :) you're just saving youreself. In this life and in another life. God will allways help you. (sorry about spelling)

  • @Reishoon heh man go on you will find your brothers and sisters very welcomeing

  • @Reishoon My dear brother, I am glad to hear that you are contemplating to convert and my prayers are with you. I became a Muslim 3 years ago and that was the best thing that happened to me. I wish you all the best. May Allah guide you in your journey.

  • He's allowed to use this song because it's old. No one owns it, so he's allowed to copyright it.

  • To all those people who say music is haram i want to say ; how many of you pray 5 times a day (including waking up evry morning ) who ask premission to his boss on work to pray ? how many dont get angry to other people bud tolerates them ? LETS FIRST DO THE BIG DEEDS..Then you can look up if this nasheed is haram or not..this is a small thing compared to others..Salam Aleykum..

  • i was raised in a harsh reality as a christian and saw none of my problems solved so i held on firmly to christianity. I held on so tighly that I could not understand why we worshipped Jesus (pbuh) if he himself prayed to the one true God. That is when I declared God is one and became a muslim. Islam saved my life and continues to everyday that I wake and thank God. I pray that he unites the ummah and saves me from the sadness forced on me by the hateful society in which I live. amin

  • @poeticjae2tha ameen

  • May Allah bless you for posting this heart warming amazing song Allhumdulilah

  • I love this song from KOSOVO

  • @mensionline Rofft kosova rofft shqiperia Rrof Islami ! Allahu Akbar :D nga Berati (shqiperi)

  • is this on itunes?

  • it made me cry. so we can listen to islamic music just not hte music of the dunya correct?

  • it makes me cry:)

  • Here is an evidence, & u can look for other evidences too. Hallelujah is found primarily in the book of Psalms. The word is used in Judaism as part of the Hallel prayers, and in Christian prayer. It has been accepted into the English language and has a similar pronunciation in many other languages.

  • Christian and/or Jew people, I dont accuse u 4 commenting that these music is urs. & Muslim brothers, Let me ask u a question to ask urselves. Do you u get rewards (Ajir) from listening this neshida? Not only this neshida, all neshidas? Listen Qur'an & hadith. Those of u who say we dont know arabic learn arabic instead of listening to these. Or listen to the translations of the Qur'an to ur respective languages. Please dont waste ur times. & Allah knows better...

  • Alhamdulilah rebil Alemin WeSSelellahu weSSeleme ala men la nebiya ba'deh. First of all I want to know the name of this neshida singer. B/c he is made a big mistake. Cause he took the music from the christians and/or from the jews. The Christians use this music in their song "Hallelujah". He is using their song. Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) said: "He who looked-like with people is among them". So fear Allah.

  • esselamu alaykum brothers and sisters , is this a nasheed , cuz as i know same musical note has ''hallellujah''song , didnt our prophet (p.b.u.h) stopped us being like christians and copy their tradition and culture ???? ALLAHU ealem .... selam!

  • @ardit305 you mean this melody belongs to hallellujah??

well albanian and muslim brother you know that christiany is by God but it has changed so much. so deeply it belongs to us! Tung Selam

  • @d74mu but Allah subhanehu we te ala and muhammed (saws) ordered us not to be like them ... so we have enough ilahees and for more, we have got the holy quran , we dont need their melodys line to make an ilahi , anyway , jezake Allahu khajran :)

  • mashalla

  • @BmMaXXimuS

Thank you for clarifying. For someone who doesn't understand arabic I fully rely on the translation alone to get the meaning. Hence my worry that this is just another version of that particular song, only sang in Arabic depsite the video showing muslims during the song. Now then, I can listen to it with much ease and without guilt.

  • Forgive me if I'm wrong but I noticed the melody of this nasheed sounds like Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah". Is this coiincidental or the singer of this nasheed intends it to be that way? Can someone clarify...

  • @kakdale74

it is intended to be this way, it is in essence an arabic / muslim version of that song. the reason is probably because of the origins of the term "hallelujah" since it is originally a hebrew word

  • Masha'Allah...

I got tears while listening to this beautiful anasheed!

These singers have a very beautiful voice, they are blessed Masha'Allah!

After listening this became now one of my favorite anasheed.

    AL Hamdoullilah

  • I like this nasheeda it reminds me to ask allah forgiveness all the time by Maslah Ali future president in Somalia.

  • Masha'Allah very beautiful ....i kinda hear same exact version but cant rember what it is

  • so what if there's music in it? did your faith collapse when you heard it? did you instantly want to worship an idol and commit adultery as a result of it? nonsense

  • @alisharifi3

brother i wudnt agree that it is nonsence if someone wants to keep a distance from music. there is ample evidence in Quran and sunnat that music is discouraged, even abhored by the Prophet (saw) at an incident. there are different stands regarding music but that doesnot belittle those who want to be careful. and that is the sign of a cautious believer. something doesnt have to evidently turn you into an idol worshiper to be proved wrong. please dont make such comments brother

    salam

  • @nylsul my friend reread suratl baqurah it cleearly says "and do not listen to music that is meant for another god" and based on my own ijtihad (and i am qualified to do so) it would mean the bhajans of hinduism the songs of godly praise of jesus chris but normal song exalting his god is normal as he is one god

  • @tntslamer Wait wait..''dont listen music that is ment for others Gods" Okay i agree..bud the singer cleary sings about Allah subhana wa Tala !! the only thing is the beat in the background , bud the songs is for Allah en Muslims, if we listen to the origineel songs then that would be wrong !!! Allah knows best

  • @nylsul anything pertaining to fiqh or questions contact me and i'll reply ASAP

  • salam

can someone please double check the translation? i couldnt match the translation with the lyrics for the second couplet (starting a'saitu wa zanbu kabir).

also does anyone have the lyrics in arabic? i would be very grateful

    thanks

  • Swear this is the same tune as 'hallelujah'?! Same as the song in shrek!!!!

  • SubhanALLAH :)

  • waw amazing voice ,who s the person singing the nasheed ?

  • Why is there music in nasheed....There shouldn't be any...

  • @1eeliyah their actually are no instruments and or music. Listen carefully and you will here background singers. They make the sounds from their mouth and i'm pretty sure thats halal

  • @1eeliyah Nvm about my comment i was listening to it on low volume...seems like their is music. still i think this is an amazing nasheed...you should check out the no music one

  • why is there music with this?

  • mashallah,is a wonderful naat i never see it!mashallah!

  • Selam alejkum from Albania

  • who sang this nasheed

  • @nadiasad salam aleykum its mohammad husayn : ya ilahi :)

  • who ever disliked this... inshallah he goes to heell... and mashhaallahh i love the song

  • @GravityX3 You can't pray God to send somone to hell, just he or she disliked a song. Think...

  • Comment removed

  • @GravityX3 whoever disliked this did the correct thing.. there shouldnt be music included with nasheed

  • OMG i almost cray

  • SALAM Oualeykom

    Ameen Ya RABE EL ALAMEENE

  • The song is a more spiritual and rather more cheerful than the priginal halaluya. love the song! May Allah forgive all our sins and guide us to his rightful way.

  • most beautiful nasheed i heard and i never get tired of it

    Muhammed Al-husayn subhanaAllah amazing voice

  • ما شاء الله

    beautiful meaning

    Ya Ilahi!

  • can any one give me any web site for mp3 nasheeds

  • As salamu 'alaykum.

To the author of the video: please, if you could remove this video, because i was the author of it about 3 years ago, under my ''JPmanniac'' user name.

I'm afraid it might give me bad deeds instead of good ones.

Hope you'd kindly understand.. BarakaAllaahu feek

  • the more attention we can bring to islam the better, word of mouth has always proven to be the best form of advertisement. don't let those words be of a foul or vindictive nature. if this nasheed hits western mainstream and changes at least one persons perception of islam, then that is still a victory. TAKWEER.

  • @donnykash La akhi al kareem, hadhihi hazimatu al kubra! Study wala wal bara and you´ll know why.

  • ALLAHU EKBER ALLAHU EKBER ALLAH IS THE GREATEST,ALLAHU ESHTE ME I MADHI

  • Allahu Akbar :'(

  • Original is still better.

  • @IdiosyncraticChild no its not this is way better

  • @IdiosyncraticChild

where to find the original ?? please reply me!

  • Astaghfirullah. This has gone too far! This is not a nasheed but Arabic version of pop hit by Leonard Cohen, Jew turned Buddhist (kufr upon kufr). It´s very sad to me as a revert who used to be adicted to music to see Muslims sliding into the same trap, calling it nasheed or dhikr. Shaitan must be very happy. TURN BACK TO QUR´AN

  • @mahditshiki

salam aleikom we rahmat allah we baraktu

I did not get your point ?? What is the proplem with this nasheed?? there is no use of instruments and he only says ya ilahi ??

can you explain your statement more ??

    thank you

  • @lucienjara123 Wa alaikum salam. Technically this may be a nasheed but in terms of WALA WAL BARA this is a sneaky snake. The muslim singer took a song about KUFR played on KUFR radios by a KAFIR who turned to another KUFR and sang it for KUFFAR and changed its words to make a nasheed HIT out of it! Ask Allah for BASEERA and FARASA. I love my dear Ummah and hate to see it cheated!

  • @mahditshiki

    Salam aleikom

At first i did not get/ understand you and was confused by your statement. But you are absolutely right ! I did not see that by this point of view but now I understand what you mean and I share your opinion.

    Thanks a lot brother

    salam aleikom

  • @mahditshiki - Salaam Aleikum. sorry to say this and am sorry i have to be the one to say it, as i am not the most practicing muslim, but i tuned out of your comment after reading the word KUFR so many times, it just reminded me of all the muslims who give islam a bad name by being so aggressive in their approach. you see, subhana-wa-ta-aala also ask's us to be understanding of other's weakness. plus turning something negetive into a positive (in a halal way) speaks for the ONE MUSLIM UMMAH.

  • @donnykash Wa alaikum salam. Don´t worry about Islam and giving it a bad name! Islam is doing perfectly fine and Allah swt is protecting it. At least in my perception, the danger lies in sweet talks and treacherous paths of this kind and not in "aggressive" approach. How can you talk like this in these times? Do you want the muslims march for their slaughter like lambs listening to hits on the radio? Because that´s what the enemy wants from us. Wake up, my noble brother! This song is defeat.

  • this is beautiful nasheed , i wanna litsen it over and over again, thank you brother for posting may allah bless you...... big salaam from east coast of africa

  • beautiful nasheed

  • mashAllah! amizing! Ya ilahi!!!

  • voll das schöne lied

  • amazing!

  • masha'Allah! thanks for subtitels!

  • which one was first? this, or hallelujah?

I like this version way better...

  • Hallelujah came first in the best of my knowledge... but i really rate Muhammad Al Husyan (the artist) ...the meaning to it all is just awesome..sends a shiver down my spine every time i see it and contemplate about it.

  • Ok. I was just curious. Not that it really matter, since this version is clearly the best one. And the meaning is really awesome, subhanallah.

I can't understand how people are so ignorant and blind. I hope we can relate to the lyrics in this nasheed and really seek for the forgivness of Ya ILAHI.

  • I couldn't agree with you more...the meaning is just heavy and i'm certain it aint easy to do something like that.

It makes me feel well guilty when i follow the meaning and it seems like i'm a person who's living the same life...may Allah guide me and everyone...ameen.

  • of course Hallelujah was first :d , but this version is much beter!

  • Ive Been Looking For This Nasheed Everywhere; Now I Finally Found It.

  • Mashallah nice ,

    Allahuakbar!

  • many times i heard this but i still cry............Astaghfir Allah!!

  • this song is old, but still beautiful now and will always be beautiful.....cannot wait to be reunited in Jannah with all the true pious ppl, inshaALLAH. Ya RABB help guide us to the Haqq, ameen! ALLAHU AKBAR!

  • @SweeetCherryPieAyAy

'Cannot wait to be reunited in Jannah'? You say it like you already expact to go there. Say incha allah, pray and ask for forgivenes for as long as you breath. THAN we'll see what Allah decides...

  • I know as long as you have faith in ALLAH as the one and only GOD you can be there, it may take some time after punishments, and hellfire, but it is VERY possible. But yes of course inshaALLAH!

  • btw its then not 'THAN'. :)

  • beautiful mashaAllah :)

  • Very impressive..........

  • A beautiful Islamic version

  • this is my favourite video and nasheed mashallah its a beautiful nasheed

  • this is way better than the shaytan christian version, we dont need instruments to sing, our voices already OWN!! ALLAHU AKBAR!!

  • its from the hallelujah version.. so?

  • were can i download this nazaam ................ btw its sounds like haleluja

  • well in the hebrew way 'halleluja' mean 'OH GOD' in a way of praise but in all fairness the actual word was 'allaluja' which means pricisely 'oh allah' and the rightous jew and christains still use that term not the zionists

  • i rember this had 900views

  • it is great reminds me of halleluja

  • futki

  • mashallah its great love it!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • makes me sing hallelujah in my head.

  • this has the same tune as the English song "Hallelujah"

  • hahaha thats exactly what i was ganna say!

  • "halleluyah" also means "there is no god but Allah" ... proove it!... ;)

  • @R3jj4n hallelujah mean praise the lord

  • @R3jj4n how can it be prooved? give me a link please that says that.......

  • @elbagirl2 hallajulah is the chrstain way of saying god is great aka Allahu akbar u'll find it in any dictionary HTH :)

  • @saffiyah06 :)....thank u.....may ALLAH bless u inshallah.......

  • @R3jj4n

its nearly means thanks to ALLAH

  • @R3jj4n It is my understanding that "halleluyah" means "praise God" in Hebrew and/or Latin, which also translates to "Alhamdulillah" in Arabic.

This might be confused with the 1st half of the Islamic testimony of faith (Shahadah) that contains the same phonemes, but has a different meaning: "la ilaha illl Allah" (There is no god except Allah).

  • @R3jj4n That does not hide the fact that this is a Leonard Cohen song and he is not getting the credit he deserves for this. Also Hallelujah means praise god, and it is definitely not used in Islam as hallelujah. In Islam it would be something like "Eschedule lahe-lahe-il-All-llah" or close to that if I'm not mistaken. Leonard Cohen has some suing to do.

  • @R3jj4n it means praise be to God

  • MashAllah.. Allah ya king!

  • mashAllah this is truly beautiful :)

    Muhammed Husayn is my favorite!!

  • Does anyone have the song "hatha Ahsen deen" (This is the best religion! It is done by loads of Egyptian singers! If so please let me know!

  • MASHALLAH i love it thank you

  • mashAllah greeeeeaaaaaat nasheed... should be a national anthem =]

  • brilliant masha-Allah

  • absoluteyl brilliant masha-Allah, i adore this singer, whats his name anyone know?

  • muhd husayn de name.all his song r fanstatic.try listen 2 BURDAH.

  • Muhammad Al husayan

  • Elhamdulilah this i Good

  • this is a good video. keep it up.

  • subhanAllah

  • anyone else think that this beautiful nasheed sounds a lot like Leona Lewis' Hallelujah???

  • Please read it*, it is very short, but VERY informative! Pages 37-38: "Then what is Alleluya?

The last syllable 'YA' is a vocative and an exclamatory particle in both Arabic and Hebrew meaning 'OH!'...

ALLE-LU-YA will be YA-ALLE-LU ... YA ALLE LU would be YA ALLA HU: Meaning, "OH ALLAH!"..."

So, in actuality, 'Ya Ilaahi' is a direct translation of 'Halleluya'!

  • Salaam Brother/Sister,

I'm a sister BTW and a Linguist; and yes, I know 'People of the Books' means followers of REAL Scripture (there are still some out there so far be for me, an ordinary person with flaws of my own, to point fingers).

As for Helleujah - the meaning is:

    Oh Lord God

(Christ is from greek word christo, meaning 'anointed')

I'm sorry in my first comment i did not have any ref material; pls see called 'What is His name?' by Ahmed Deedat

The booklet is free from IPCI...

  • Salaam! SubhaanalLaah, I do love this nasheed. Although it is performed on the tune of a Christian Hymn, 'Hallelujiah' it is interesting to note that the word Hallelujiah /Halelullya/Alayluya (&other spelling variations) actually means something like "Oh my Lord" or "Praise to my Lord" - SubhaanalLaah! for these are after all the people of the Books too.

    Beautiful.

  • brother, when you say people of the book, you refer to the PROPER christians and jews of the time of Nabi(PBUH), now the christians and jews are starting to go away from their scriptures.

hallelujah means oh christ i think

  • well bro, what u think about the muslims, aren't they deviationg from the path. in short, there are always some people deviating from the path and some followers. this does not change the religion. therefore we should call them christians, jews, muslims, only nothing else on the basis of our judgment. let Allah be the judge and we follow the rules set by him, easy, init?

  • yes dear, u r rite, they r ahle-kitab. if they only listen to their heart, there is no way to stop them from embracing islam, but they r ''illa fi gharoor'', they dont want to leave the evil life. if they dont accept islam as din, their destination is hell. hell has 8 classes, darajah. the top one is 'jahannam' for non follwing muslims. then 2nd darajah for christians, jews, idolist, fire-ists, atheists, etc, and the last and the most miserable hell is for Munafiqin, maa' zallah.
