Marvel Universe says the Submariner tops out at 85 tons. While Namor can fly and Aquaman can't, the current version of Aquaman has two abilities that Namor lacks. Namely, Mindlock and The Water Hand.
So the fight would be over with quick. Aquaman could Mindlock Namor, thus paralyzing him....and then use the Water Hand to dehydrate Namor until he was almost dead.

Would Namor's bioelectricity underwater effect Aquaman? or does he have that too? and about the bruce thing i think he should follow the voice settings he used for black lantern. it came off a lot louder. i like his show though.

I'm not actually sure if Namor can communicate telepathically with marine life, I think that ability may be special to just aquaman
