it's all in the body movement though, you can't fool an experienced defender as easily as that. As for messi his signature move is /watch?v=tx7Al9vUwfo. Kids should learn more on how to adjust their body and not for the move itself in my opinion. The moves are pretty basic and don't require much skill, the body movement however is essential to a good dribble.
@ighnaz i was just thinking that as i was watching this vid. you can obviously tell which way he's going to go from the way he's leaning but for some reason the defender lunges in the opposite direction and he's quite far from the ball so he shouldn't be lunging like that, it makes it too easy to get past him just by knocking the ball to the side, no tricks required lol

it's all in the body movement though, you can't fool an experienced defender as easily as that. As for messi his signature move is /watch?v=tx7Al9vUwfo. Kids should learn more on how to adjust their body and not for the move itself in my opinion. The moves are pretty basic and don't require much skill, the body movement however is essential to a good dribble.

@ighnaz i was just thinking that as i was watching this vid. you can obviously tell which way he's going to go from the way he's leaning but for some reason the defender lunges in the opposite direction and he's quite far from the ball so he shouldn't be lunging like that, it makes it too easy to get past him just by knocking the ball to the side, no tricks required lol

Lets clear something up everyone. This is a tutorial and the defender knows what skill I'm doing In this video as it was part of filming. But we try to make it as realistic as possible to show you how its done. There are clips where I beat the player or goal keeper that are real and some are set up. I am not going to show myself get tackled or saved as I wouldn't be able to show you how it works. So nothing is fake. this is how I would coach any player to give a clearer understanding
