I am reluctant to issue Deans to this merchandise because the 9/11 truth movement has been hijacked by crazy, deceptive people who will cause more problems than they'll solve if encouraged. I will also not support any political candidate with Deans. However, some good t-shirt designs (we already have many) may well be candidates for the creation of Deans. You must do as you wish.
