  • Hey, where is the list of KCD black belts, that you said is on the attackproof website? Why did you lock the comments on your video 17 so I couldn't reply to your last post? Show me a direct link with the list, so I can see who on there is the GJJ BB you claim to be training, otherwise you are just full of BS

  • @wemylee There's a link on our Classes page. Comments are never locked. The person in question is not listed for the reasons given previously--politics and loyalty.

  • @mattkovsky

I got the combat conditioning video. I must admit, it is excellent. Thanks for the great work.

  • it reminds me of systema and tai chi/kung fu.. ????

  • do you use any wing chun dummys for guided chaos. I have one and i was just wondering how to put it to good use?

  • @baseballme1t No, we prefer targets that move (muay thai bags, etc.). For simple striking drills we prefer a B.O.B. so you can target throat, eyes, liver, etc.

  • yea, im thinking about checking it out in rockland or in hastings. Does any one know if I have to be a member of premier club to be able to enter and take part? Can someone explain to me the conditioning part?

  • You don't have to be a member, but the gym might charge you $25 to enter. In Hastings, walk right in.

  • Does Guided Chaos have any instructors in Indiana? I use to train in Karate but I'd like to learn something more street based.

  • See attackproofDOTcom

  • To all the people that hate guided chaos because it looks unusual you certainly didnt read the book before watching the vids. I have been doing martial arts for 19 years and for about 15 of those it was more arts than martial. I did learn good stuff but not how to react when slammed into a wall out of the blue by a stranger. Reading ATTACK PROOF helped me connect the dots between my different M.A. and develop the mindset not to freeze ever again if im attacked. TY John P. Al R. and Matt K.

  • You are correct. More importantly however, none of them physically trained with us. That's where the doubt is permanently erased. And no, I'm not saying this as a threat because we don't go around challenging people, but we understand it appears to be 180 degrees to what people are used to seeing, but feeling it is an eye opener.

  • i noticed there was a class or gym looked like in the backgrounds of some of the vids. Is there a class or gym yall train at that people can attend?

  • premier fitness in rockland county new york. i have been taking the class since whenever i get home for breaks and i must admit this stuff is mind-blowing when you experience it first hand.

  • This martial art looks pretty lethal, real life stuff rather than fake katas you see in movies.

  • It works by Literally Switching and unleashing hell on ur opponent on vital points mostly the neck, eyes, knees and sometimes groin untill they are unable to fight back, The idea is to win in under 4 seconds

  • this=crap. looks like a drunken idiot

  • The best combat conditioning drills in one place!

  • This is so so Crazy because this looks very similar to my fighting style, evolving from all of my fighting experience. Boxing, Wing Chung, Krav Maga, Thi Chi, & use of hand weapons! I guess its just the natural flow.

  • @fcue Same here!

  • Col. Al is a phenomenal fighter

  • nice
