  • Great workouts!! There's so much you can do at home! So much! haha I LOVE that you danced at the end to Gaga:) hahaha LOVED it!!! Dance like no one is watching!!!

  • I used to do basically the exact same workout routine late at night in my room. I did squats, lunges, push ups, crunches, those body lift up things, and dancing, and I would just alternate by doing all the strength moves for one song (so each move for 10-20 seconds) and then dancing a whole song for anywhere from 30-45 minutes. i list 18lbs in 3 months that way and I was very happy :) love it-keep it up girl! :D
