Something is not adding up, the title of this film says "Mission Accmplished 14 yrs Later" and his near death experience occurred in 1970, so his mission must have been accomplished in 1984, not 1994 as he says, this makes me question if this story is even true.

Personally, I think there's only one eternal realm, even though my NDE only lasted 5-10 minutes and, therefore, I have no idea what lies beyond those limits to which I was taken by the Bright Light controlling the experience for me.

The only unusual thing about my experience, which most don't have I'm told, is that I overheard a conversation going on when I was out of my body. Most people outside their bodies in other rooms don't hear things, I guess, but a few do.

Years later I told these people, for the very first time, exactly what they had said, "word for word" during that conversation, while a doctor was also present. They were totally shocked and confirmed to the doctor that I couldn't have possibly heard what they said because I was lying - they assumed dead - in a room upstairs with another person observing me in that room when they had the conversation.

I do believe, though, that God has some form of a merit system for those who follow Him and a denial of privileges, or possibly eternal shame, for those who follow the dark side.

If you have a conscience, you feel shame/guilt when you have done wrong. Some people have no conscience and continually do wrong without any sense of shame, yet hiding their sin because they intuitively know it is wrong.

But when they reach the other side, the conscience must be reinstated for them, and then the shame of all their evildoing will be felt by the disembodied soul.

A huge burden also of now having a moral duty to make restitution to those who one has harmed (we are all there together), along with the inability to deceive others any longer and hide the sin, will be a natural penalty and stigma they must deal with. Their evildoing will mark them for all eternity, and there will be no place where they can hide from themselves and the public shamefulness of their evil actions. They will not be able to run from themselves and pretend any longer.

Everyone either commits to be a principled person or to not be one (as best as they can under any given set of circumstances.) Responsibility can only be emotionally avoided and rationalized away. Evil = a "lack of light"? Sorry, I can't buy that one. IMO, it's a willful independent force. People have been "shining the light" on evil for thousands of years... It has only grown stronger.

Doesn't really matter what you can or can't do to it (i.e., make it disappear). The eternal reward and spiritual status comes from standing up to it and fighting it as best as you can. Once you get the hang of it, it's a blast.

In my last life I was very strong-willed and pushed ahead with my plans and ideas, regardless of whether people could keep up with me. I looked down upon the weaker people because I felt they were a waste of my time and useless.

This life I chose to be born shy and weak, in order to see life from this angle, and get inside this person's head. I was not a bad person or just rationalizing it away.. I was just ignorant and didn't know how to relate to them.

Well, I'm not sure where you're going with this. If we have a soul, then that soul has intuitive access to the truth and moral behavior via our Higher power. There is, therefore, IMO, no excuse for doing wrong based on "ignorance," since we intuitively knowledge of the truth.

I will admit that there can be mitigating circumstance to some morally wrong actions, but I cannot think of any concrete instances where I would accept "ignorance" as a mitigating factor to a moral wrong.

A human will get upset over a breakup. The soul will figure out why it went wrong.

No problem. Yes, we all find our way in the end, because we all end up in the some place. But we are not all morally equal, because we all do not care for our fellow men as much.

God would not reward the wanton killer the same as the helper of men, nor the selfish as the unselfish. If He did, morality/spiritually would have no meaning.

We are in the interface between Good and Evil. There is simply no way out of it until our time has come to join Him. It's the most daunting of spiritual tests.

The way I am to understand things is that heaven is nothing but total acceptance and unconditional love and nothing is ever forced. Well, while the love of God may be, in a very rudimentary way, possibly be termed unconditional, I do not believe that His rewards are doled out unconditionally. I can see no practical way for God to treat people equally in that regard and still be a fair and just God.

One may love their children equally, but that does not mean they are equal in other respects; in ways that strongly reflect upon their moral character and community status. In this case, their "eternal community status."

Trust me, it is every much unconditional love. If anyone has made bad mistakes in their past it is me. The beauty is that we are our own worst enemy in critquing our past life through review, and we see how our actions affected others like a ripple effect. We decide for ourselves if we want to return and in what condition which would best help us grow and mature.

Everything I did bad I have made up for in terms of my knowledge down here. First hand experiences are the ultimate rehabilitation.

There is the additional daily moral responsibility we have to do nothing to bring new sin upon ourselves.

I must say, though, that I find the reincarnation hypothesis untenable. Also, as an aside, I recall meeting a relative during my near-death experience. If reincarnation were true, why was he there to meet me?

Bad habits" can be conquered by living a non-toxic lifestyle. Not having the strength to listen to reason is helped by eating only whole foods and have a vegetarian lifestyle.
