OMG! Mo, how did you tell this with a straight face? I almost wet my pants when you told the bit about the squirrel in the vent! We recently had an episode with our septic tank. It got clogged over night. Turned out a squirrel craled in the vent and died. The lesson I learned todday is that chocolate may have saved me the nice sewer bill I got ;o)

We have had squirrels come down the sewer vent, I can hear them coming down the vent pipe while sitting on the toilet, then we run downstairs and put a weight on the sewer drain in the basement. Eeeek! Thankfully we now have a guard on the vent. Stupid squirrels.

I should read this for my son, he could do with a good laugh! The chemotherapy in combination with the morphine painkillers has made him totally constipated.. but I think this could do the trick! Not that I think he feels much like laughing right now.. but it sure made me smile.. the poem, that is!! :) :) Very creative.. and no doubt true in many cases around the anglo-saxon sphere of the world right now.. :)

Haven't had a chance to read or show this to him yet, today has been a rather upside down day, too much going on! But in spite of him being ill now, the worst is done and dealt with, and the current chemo therapy cycles he will be doing is only to make sure, or at least try to make sure, the cancer won't come back.. We have no reason but to expect a good outcome to all this, when all is said and done.. :)
