Noel is my favorite character to play as. Her drive attacks are insane, then throw in some airiel mid-heavy attacks in the pot and voila you got yourself an awesome combo that makes its hard for your opponents to get out from!

i noticed a few are.

1) use an attack to knockdown the oppontent

2) Down, Down, B to shoot fast

3) Down down C to shoot a strong shot

umm, if you havent discover, is down down B or C

B shoots o lot of bullets

C like ShinraArmy said, a strong one that makes your opponent jump more higher haha, thats very cool XD

does anyone know how to cancel the 2nd shot when she spins the guns and keeps repeatedly doing that?

they cancel it by throwing, thats why you see her grabbing at nothing each time she does it.

yea u push the throw button right after u do foward + c

it's a 'rapid cancel' but like the bad thing is it uses 50% of ur special bar to do it. So if ur goign to do that combo u better complete it or u lose ur special lol

Its not a rapid cancel. You dont lose any meter by doing it. A rapid cancel is A+B+C. A throw cancel is just B+C
