Ok worked it out, for those of you wondering how cherrim and cyndaquil outsped those pokemon, the cherrim is running max speed evs and a positive nature off it's base 85 speed, while the loppuny is running a low speed set and lucario is adamant/modest. Cyndaquil is simply scarfed, also running max speed evs/nature (might not need the nature, not sure). Luxray isn't very fast and roserade must not be running enough speed to outspeed cyndaquil (subseed?) while helping hand is high priority.

150 x 1.5 x 1.5 x 1.5 = about 480 power...this is like taking an explosion, if you dont resist it, it will do approximate 450 dmg. In the case of loppuny, it was still about 350 power for eruption. that is about 10 power less than a stabbed close combat, when was the last time you saw lopuny live a close combat? Unless sash...impossible. therefore none of the crits mattered

Technically, you could consider his Pokemon "Hacked", since he used Pokesav to create them. But, they have to be at or under 510 EVs (Effort Value) for them to work on wifi.

The Critical hits, just plain luck.

Surviving the super effective hits, is thanks to his Cherrim and its Abillity, Flower Gift, which raises the Attack and Special Defence of Cherrim's Partner. Plus, some of his pokemon carry Focus Sashes, which prevent the pokemon from being OHKO'd.

Hope this clears up some confusion.

You can put luck rate for a pokemon with hacking. My friend tried out and 5 shadow ball from Alakazam was 1 crit and 3 sp. def drop.

And more about the surviving things. Most of his opponents are noobs(at least that some vids that i saw) so they doesn't EV train, so they do lower damage.

This actually isn't anywhere near as impressive as it sounds. The opponent's team wasn't properly EV trained, and lacked items. Also, the opponent never tried to do anything about Eruption, and kepts sending in Fire weak Pokemon.

That being said, this just goes to show the immense power of sun, HH boosted Eruption, although I'd like to see this work against Ubers.
