@creamtt I use the mulch as bedding around all the landscaping of the house. By taking all of the dead stuff out of the woods, we have healthier trees, and save a small fortune on mulch. Win-Win.
the feed wheel on that thing leaves a great deal to be desired. the wheel diameter is too small, and doesnt appear to be pulling the material TOWARD the cutter at all. I suspect its also a downforce issue as well.
remember kids, you get what you pay for. run these, then rent a commercial chipper, like a Bandit 150 for a day, you'll see. I ran a 250XP, and fed all sorts of crap. it pulled everything.
thanks for including the branch with lots of little limbs. Always wondered how good of a jobs the feed roller does since 90% of my chipping would be branches like that.
I am not a dealer, just an owner. In the US, the Chinese Tractor Owners Association (CTOA dotNET) has a dealer network. I think it would be expensive to ship to the US, then to Egypt.
There are exportes in China however, one that comes to mind is China Best Products. I have no experience with them, and you will need to be your own import broker. Not impossible, just paperwork, at least in the US and Canada.
I had one of these and it litteraly came apart three times before I returned it to the vendor. After one of the blades launched out the chute and it shook so bad the front bearing broke I was afraid to use it. Bought a Valby 140 - no more problems.
When they come from the factory, they need a complete sevice before first use. If the dealer didn't perform that sevice, then they will "come apart", and the damage is done the first time it is used.
Main shaft alignment, blade torque, anvil plate torque, and infeed roller shaft service all have be done first.
Bought it from Hud-Son a very trusted large volume dealer..... They fixed it free twice and on the third explosion gave me ALL my money back. They sell both the Chinesse and Valby chippers and I must have got a bad one - not one minutes trouble with the Valby 140 just $4000 more expensive and well worth it - thanks for the comment. Darrell
Ok, thanks for the information, that is pretty good time out of a set of blades. I was concerned about the blades being low quality and dulling fast. Most of my material is clean.
After 15 hours of run time, I flip the blades over. After 30 hours they need to be sharpened. I got four sharpenings out of the 1st set and ran them into the ground.
If you feed dirty, downed wood, you can hurt the blades in a hurry.
Is the end product used in any way.

Good video. How many hours are you getting on a set of blades for it?
