She was not gentle at all, seemed to be in a hurry and didn't do any techniques I was taught at all. She really needs to slow down! A professional facial should take about 45 minutes to an hour.

Very unprofessional facial treatment. I don't think was pampering or indulgent even relax.. not at all. How come you wash face only using tissue instead wet sponge?? I don't think it's clean enough. Some more the massage metode was so poor. Very sorry...

did she attend a formal training for facial..the treatment was so fast, very stimulating,messy,they dont observed proper sanitation...she was wearing ring while treating the client..she did not covered the eyes of the client before steaming..after each application i;ve notived she just wiped her hand.she didnt prick to remove the white&black heads and some matured pimples..where is the vacuum?WOW!!!!!!!this is not informative.
