1 - Put a better driver in the Ferrari

2 - not a smart car. It's a racing motorcycle with 4 wheels, redlining his throttle before go

3 - on a short enough track, the tiny vehicle wins. Hell, if the finish line were 12 feet away, I can beat a Ferrari on foot
