  • I look up to you man, i like what all you have been doing. Im actually gonna try to do a natural show this summer SNBF. Check out my vid on my page. tell me what ya think. I was 165 at this meet now im a little over 180 and gonna go for 520 in may.

  • I think that was a solid deadlift man ! Fuck emm haters !

  • I dont know why people talk so much crap to you man. you seem like you are pretty big for being natural (which is key) and you look really young. which means once you gain strength and muscle from maturing you will really take off. people dont understand kids go through puberty at different times and finish at different times. with your work ethic im sure you will do well

  • don't bounce!!

  • you gotta sync into your hips , although its not the worst form ive seen. it could be better

  • terrible form!!! im actually having a nerve block RF procedure done today because I also used to perform deadlifts like this. I hope you stop denying your bad form. DRop your ass lower and stop lifting with your back!!!

  • @quincy3521 .....K.............

  • @scondore bad form?? wtf?? Even though I guess he is bigger then you!

  • @quincy3521 "stop lifting with your back"

You fucking keyboard warrior it trains the low BACK

  • your gonna snap some shit up with those back snaps

  • straps and alternate grip ? jeez fucking idiot

  • horrible form.. go lighter

  • @resightproductions My form was fine.. LettuceBeReal now Umad?

  • Drop the weight and work on getting your hips through more.

  • all back lol

  • you are a bodybuilder dont forget .. you use too heavy weights for what? .. get injured?

  • @TheRogueMonk to get bigger

  • how come i wsa not subscribed :( ..

wow you got a lot of mass sine last...it seems atelast....

why would you want to do so heavy with our back.. its dangerous.. ou can hit the back with much lighter weight... your not on steroids dont do thsoe workouts .man its dangeorus

  • 4 plate is impressive as fuck, especially for age/weight. I can't wait to deadlift 4 plate and hear them rattle around like that. Don't worry about that filipk13 guy or w.e. he claims he's hard cause he deadlifts strapless, but has the biggest curve in his spine.

  • why are you using a switch grip if you have straps on?

  • holy shit good job man! that looked killer!

  • /watch?v=kzLWCZP3MrQ <--- best

  • Very strong....couple tips on deadlift from a powerlifter....arch your back before you lift, and get your shoulders behind the bar.......then leg drive and pull with your back......As ed Coan would say it, "Its a push pull movement"......keep up the good work buddy, you have a hell of a physique!

  • JEEZUM christ ur fucking jacked man. I'm 6'2'' and 17 years old I've been working out on my own since 7th grade but i cant seem to get my numbers up fast enough Im still pretty skinny but I'm going to start doin all the shit you showing on ur page man u fuckin brolic

  • Dude, how does you back feel after deadlift workouts? Got any problems with your back?

  • fken good on ya man. thats a heavy ass deadlift. well done!

  • this guy make me look weak i can only do 2 45 lmao

  • @gym2594 yea but this guy takes roids and you not

  • @XboxTobson360 No, niether of us cycle on anything.

  • this is called a DEADlift. the weight is supposed to come to a DEAD stop when returning back to the floor. not touch and go

  • good lord man, nice!

  • Nice job, bro. You definitely seem like a natural athlete. Whatever you do, DON'T USE ROIDS! We need more people like you in the sport to make bodybuilding credible, again. Keep up the good work.

  • my grandma benches more than u =p

  • @djdev123 this aint a bench? moran

  • good on ya big boy keep it up...4 plates aint easy

  • deadlift.... so stupid....

  • Nice man, im 18yo 6"3 and i dead 4 and a half (200kg) 4times @ a body weight of 185lb 6%. I know what it's like. Good effort don't worry about these fat pricks saying its light weight. When they get under 10% they'll know what it's like. Congratz on the winning of comp's.

  • i get a hernia doing this !!

  • i was disappointed when i realised the guy at the end wasn't LLcoolJ

  • I can bench that never mind deadlift lol

  • i gonna to do this nick...i cant now, but in the future...whats your deadlift record now??

  • use safety collars even though you think nothing will happen, safety comes first. thumbs up.

  • @dark8121 no collars promote proper form. get out of the gym if you feel you 'need' collars for safety lmao

  • @dillhole02 Dude obviously you have never worked out a day in your life and you watch these videos to pretend you're big like him.

  • @dark8121 lmao of course ive never 'worked out a day in my life' its funny because I actually am big like him. i dont need to boast or anything but my main point still stands. no collars promote proper form and will not create any sort of injury unless your a beginner. again, get the fuck out of the gym if you feel you need collars ;)

  • @dillhole02 You probably couldnt jog a mile if you had to save your life because i bet you have no conditioning

  • @dark8121 not using collars in most lifts promotes proper form with a spotter. at the end of the exercise, if your weights did not move, you know you've done a proper set. ive lifted this way since i've started, learning from a previous canadian champ (no names needed ;)) understand that collars are for women and people who dont use spotters have you hit 300 on your bench yet? if not, fuck off

  • @dillhole02 You sound about as stupid as a door-knob. Guess I shouldn't wear a belt either. It's about safety, not ego-boosting.

  • @UIsTall its interesting you feel that a belt will keep you safe. the point is to work between your means. if you are lifting too heavy that you need a safety belt, you should not be lifting that weight in general. sp the same principle is present when you lift weights in a way you cannot lift them properly, you shift the weights with bad form. the point is to have perfect form and gradually work up the weight. you can fight this as much as possible but in the end your wrong im sorry

  • @dark8121

not using collars is stupid, when the weight is unevenly distributed, it can lead to injuries.

  • THIS..IS..PATHETIC...ive never commented on a youtube video before but i just read this whole convo/argument and i couldnt help myself. Nick, your videos are cool and you seem like a good kid, i wouldnt waste my time commenting back to these clowns that post this garbage all over the internet..that filipk dude..wow...what a clown....what a clown

  • @filipk13 I feel bad for you bro.. For a kid who has a seemingly good physique.. With a pretty bad ass lift on your page.. You just go around the web with the worst additude towards everybody.. I've seen your other comments around here.. If you have that much going for yourself why not just be supportive towards other dudes in this sport? That's how this sport grows, not with put downs.. It obviously does not matter to me, if you know who I am.. I'm just saying..

  • @scondore Well said bro. A true bodybuilder would never discourage others. In fact, they help others to succeed.

All I have to say is haters are jealous. And those people are usually the ones that will never make it in this sport, or in life for that matter if they have a bad attitude towards other individuals who are trying to reach their goals.

  • @scondore yeah man i agree, I love working out and i never put people down. I give them tips and new ideas so that they can grow. thats why many people don't have that drive to push themselves. Cause people like filipk13 put them down.

  • @scondore

Don't listen to these haters.. You are freaking strong for your age and you deserve my respect.. it obviously shows that you have trained you ass of. I know what it feels to be hated and envied.. I'm too have a respectable physique IMO and my co-workers are always trying to put me down and I can feel they are criticizing behind my back..We know what it takes to be in top condition and just keep going forward..

  • @scondore Love your comment. He did have a bad ass lift, but one of the worst forms I have seen. Stay strong and big, Nick!

  • @scondore comeing from da best nick wright

  • @filipk13 dont try to make me look like the bad guy saying i talk down on people. i do support other people u didnt do ur hw good enough look again. i just think ur soft giving people advice once again do ur hw

  • @filipk13 are you natural?

  • @Favre1013 i sure am

  • @filipk13 wow, I checked out your vid. horrible form, you called nick soft for deadlifting 4 plates 5 times? you did 5 plates only 1 time and horrible form, I hope you break your back.

  • @steriods4champions You're a fucking pussy. Stop making stupid comments over the internet to make yourself feel better, fucking prick. You must be a one skinny fucking dickheaded Faggot. Oh yea, how much can you deadlift? DOESNT MATTER, queerbag, because you have NO videos. Dumb fuck.

  • @MartinFire13 "pussy, fucking prick, skinny fucking dick head faggot, queerbag, dumbfuck" wow bro. you sound like a 8 year old fumbling for words. somebody sounds jealous.

  • @steriods4champions Jealous? of what? you? haha thats funny. How is that even possible when you have no videos uploaded? The reason why I made that comment was because YOU'RE the jealous one who continuously posts negative comments on bodybuilding videos. You're obviously a worthless piece of shit who is attempting to put others down for the sake of making yourself feel better, since you're a nobody.

  • @MartinFire13 well since you have no videos uploaded yourself that id shut the fuck up about that. and negative comments on bb videos? haha ive posted like 2 this one and another out of all my comments, what do you do spend all day of your pathetic life trolling videos and trying to prove your self. lol get a life.

  • @steriods4champions Well considering how fast you repied to my comment. I would assume you're the one with no life. LMFAO. troll.

  • @MartinFire13 haha wow. you just did the exact same thing. plus you pretty much admitted that you're a bum with no life by not denying what i said with "pussy, fucking prick, skinny fucking dick head faggot, queerbag, dumbfuck". and just because i happen to be on when you sent that means i have no life? thats the best you can come up with. its been fun bro. peace.

  • @steriods4champions I'm not the one making fun of others. So why would I need to post videos of myself. I support people. If you want to put people down. THATS FINE. but at least back it up by posting a video to prove you are bigger, stronger, and better. Which i highly doubt.

  • @steriods4champions That's Nate Washington.. His strap gave way after the 2nd rep, he didn't fail. He won his class at the 2009 Jay Cutler Classic.. He's a beast.

  • @scondore i know, i meant like he's a big dude, it was suprising. you showed him up

  • @scondore Don't know what this tool is talkin about Nick, but I got a small word to the wise: if you can avoid using a staggered grip with straps, do so. I myself used to use this form and developed some shoulder imbalances and strained my under-hand bicep. It's safer and ultimately more comfortable to double overhand w/straps once you get used to it.

  • nick, remember to tell your partner to wear a weight belt when deadlifting and squatting. I know that I may be saying something you've already said to your partner, but tell him to put a weight belt on to protect that lower back.

  • I been working out and i'm turning into Hercules the son of Zeus and the thickness of my buffness will be in my dreams forever!

  • Keep it up kidyoure doing good you remind me of when

    I was young

  • why do u think ronnie coleman says light weight? to us "smaller" ppl, it might look like a friggin million pounds he does, but to him, when he says light weight, he really means it. bodybuilding is exactly that, light weight, but hit separate muscle with each excercise, not a fucking fullbody excercise with a shit ton of weight that u struggle to get 5 reps with

  • good weight, but:

why do you use straps????, in deadlift not used, 'cause weak grip

  • @KO0111 Straps are used in deadlift o.o

  • How many kilograms you have there now

  • @100blomfield 405 pounds. do the conversion

  • @scondore then you should ease on the weight and lift with the right muscle not the whole body. you're PLENTY stronger than alot of guys twice your size so srsly, this is PL

  • if u wanna become a fucking powerlifter than do so but son, this aint bodybuilding

  • @mandisencool how is this not body building?

  • @mandisencool y do people keep making bad comments on nick about his bodybuilding i dont see you posting videos of you winning competitions or lifting assholes

  • @mandisencool y do people keep making bad comments about his bodybuilding i dont see you posting videos of yourself lifting or bodybuilding competitions, assholes

  • Comment removed

  • @mandisencool Yo man u should know that deadlift is one of THE BEST excercises for muscle building. I'm guessing that u only train bicep curls and bench press, no offence hehehe :D

  • That is some sick shit.

Props to these guys,Ill never deady that musch in me life.

  • Keep your feet straight n stand straight up to lock out

  • why does everyone always ask and take the piss out of there heights just fucking leave them alone its not there fault and at least there trying to get someone in life all you people taking the piss can say your 6ft or 5ft10 but really your fucking like 5ft1 if you lot are so to send me a link to a video with you in it if not shut the fuck up you midgets

  • ha...what are you like 5'1"

  • im taller thsan bot of them and im 13!

  • @yaktamer69

Who cares though? I am too, but they weight more then both of us, and it's not fat.

  • too heavy shit form pointless

  • how tall r these guys?

  • @g1attie

did u not just watch the vid lolololol

  • what a puss, why dont you finish the rep and push your ass through

  • @gallardo196 hes 19...like you can do any better at 19.

  • @Cocainasin, ima have to agree, i have a buddy who is like 175 but hes taller then this guy, and he has never worked out at a gym, and can do 405. Me on the other hand my nature built does not like deads

  • warm up sets with 2 and 3 plates and then 2 sets of 4 plates at 5 reps is what I do once a week with chalk - protein and creatine

  • @bblaynee Fascinating. Be sure to keep us updated here in the comments section of this random Youtube video.

  • dont use wrist wraps use chalk, it aint that heavy

  • mixed grip + straps? the fuck, man.

  • Hmm 405 isnt that much why you wrist straps??

  • @scondore Steriods are also produced naturally in the body you going to claim its okay to take them too? Have to agree with you on the whey protein though.

  • @flyingscotsman70 LMAO sorry man, but the human body does not make steroids.

  • @Cambria2007 No need to be laughing you as off mate, Testosterone is a steroid... you telling me testosterone isn't made in the human body? There is also cholesterol and estradiol both steroids synthesised/modified in the human body and naturally present in everyone. Retard.

  • @flyingscotsman70 Yes, the body does produce natural hormones such as testosterone...but the human body does not produce steroids.

  • @Cambria2007 are you retarded?

  • @whitesnakevan112 No, this guy thinks the human body makes steroids. steroids are synthetic hormones....SYNTHETIC.

  • @flyingscotsman70 thanks for saying that, saved me the effort of explaining what a steroid is, cambria2007 buy yourself chemistry book or wiki what exactly a steroid is,

    .

  • @Cambria2007 The human body does make steroids bro. You should look up the scientific definition of a steroid.

  • @scondore Creatine is my Top supplement, i guess it varies from person to person. I definitely feel it when squeezing for 2-4 more reps . But i 100% agree on liquid protein.

  • lol i am 16 and i am bigger, wright is skinny lol and some guys post synthol lol you are all so stupid with no idea for bbing

  • haters bog off, hes a teen atleast hes not shoving them needles up hiss ass all you lot do is hate and chat crap behing a computer screen.

  • how do you manage to stay ripped all year long?

  • @wrestling2091 working out...

  • The weight is not the issue, its how cut he is in my opinion...he could be natural,, i do powerlifting so 405 in the deadlift is really not special. It is not bad , but it really isent much.

  • What a kidder this guy is. Natural my ass. There's no way you do those weights without doping. Kids don't believe this guy. He's fake.

  • @y2ub1

Dude it's 4 plates a side not 1000lbs. If that's how negitive you are when it comes to training I feel sorry for you.

  • @y2ub1 Heheheh the funniest thing ive ever heard :D cmon man its not 700 pounds we are talkin about...

  • @y2ub1 You sir are a fucking idiot.

  • @y2ub1 Dude, it's only 405 lb. A decent high school athlete (football, etc) can do this without a problem. It's not uncommon for elite level high school athletes to do 500 or more - without drugs. Obviously, you are NOT an athlete of any kind, nor do you know much about weight training or bodybuilding.

  • @jmichaelb080 He does take the designer steroids, which are not baned yet. Those are some serious weights he lifts. I doubt you can do this purely on creatine and protein. And by the way, 80% of high school athletes are on drugs 300 days a year. Don't be so naive and gullible.

  • @y2ub1 You're retarded

  • @Xb0x540 Is that your substitute for rational, fact-based arguments? That shows your lack of normal development of intellectual capacities. Mentally you are in the age of between eight and twelve years old. You so defective and unsound in your last post.

  • @y2ub1"And by the way, 80% of high school athletes are on drugs 300 days a year" Its probably true, but the fact is 405lb is peace of cake (no creatine or protein shakes needed), a person with average genetics can deadlift it in 6-12 months of training.

  • @y2ub1 I believe you are the one who is naive and gullible. I was deadlifting well over this (somewhere in the 550 lb range) in high school at a bodyweight of 185. It's called busting my ass in the weight room starting my freshman year. Most of the other lineman and running backs were doing this as well. And, all drug free. It took several years to work my way up from squatting 185 to maxing at 505. Shut your yap.

  • @jmichaelb080 Well I seriously doubt that, because the only video you have up is you dancing around, and not lifting any kind of weights. Sounds like you have a bunch of made up claims, and nothing to back it up.

  • @Fir3fly798 It's not a video of me. I uploaded the video for my friend (the girl w/blonde hair who is dancing) because she sent me the video to to fix (it was upside down) and I uploaded it for her. And, yes, I did dead about 550, squat 505, but only benched about 245 in high school - 20 yrs ago. Nowadays, I won't do more than 315 due to a repaired ACL and shaky SI joint issue that stemmed from the ACL problem. You must be buddies with y2ub1, as my comment was to refute his idiotic claim.

  • @jmichaelb080 Like I said, you have no proof, and are likely full of shit. Now don't get me wrong, I completely believe that Nick Wright is all natural. I'm not the one claiming he isn't. His strength and physique really aren't that impressive to me. But a 550 dead and 505 squat at 185 and is a world of difference than pulling 405 for 5 ugly reps. I think you are likely bumping up your numbers are couple hundred pounds haha. Nick definitely looks like a natty though.

  • @y2ub1 You really think 405 is that much? Natural bodybuilder Layne Norton deadlifted something like 700 lbs. If 405 isthe natural limit then we're all screwed. I also find it hard to believe that 80% of high school athletes take steroids. Most likely 5%. Don't know a lot of teens that can afford or even find steroids.

  • wie eine lockomotive ;D bum tschi bum tschi ;D ^^ so geil

weiter so ne ist schon gut aber der erste war echt geil bum tschi bum tschi bum tschi ;D

  • wrist straps are for pussies

  • @chrisfullofsteel

all wrist straps do are help you keep a better grip on the bar.maybe if you lifted heavy weight then then you would know the importance of them.

  • @sean2991 us powerlifters dont need wrist wraps.. you should try not using them

  • @chrisfullofsteel If your a powerlifter then why dont you have any videos of yourself to prove it.

  • i aspire to do that much one day

  • nick is too much kg's i think for your back exacly. but you are very strong you i hope one day you will be look like frank mcgrath

  • lovely legs day :) totall fucking animal hardcore

  • the first guy he is only 5 .1 but very strong

  • damn how much kg is it? 220kg?

  • @hempnight250 180kg.

  • @hempnight250 440 pund

  • @abby161919 It's only 405

  • @hempnight250 180kg

  • That's a good way to naturally boost your testosterone and HGH.

  • go nick

  • Heyy Nick can you tell me if this is a good chest workout

Superset: dumbbell flys and dumbbell flat press

Superset: incline dumbell flys and dumbbell flat press

For those I use 3sets of 10-12 reps

Then I end with barbel bench press 3sets of 12 reps

    I hope you reply soon

    Thanks

  • yea i got a 525 deadlift nugga!

  • deadlifing wit a blootooth wota fag

  • @qualy55 Comming from the retard who can't spell... lol they are HEADPHONES dummy!

  • more "in the gym" movies would be awesome =) some benchpress / chins / pullups whatever would be really cool! //prantare

  • lose the straps nick and use the over under technique. Oh and put the spring clips on the plates so the plates won't slip and fall.

  • @1991thechamp he is doing over-under...

  • Deadlift videos always get the know it all professional trainers complaining about bad form

  • yeah nick bosssssssssssssssss

  • His form obviously yeilds great results so all you body haters can keep your negative comments to yourself

  • He is a beast man

  • how much were u lifting there? 180kg?

  • moderate technique of deadlifitng...

  • it didnt look like he was getting full hip extension on his lifts

  • Doesn't the bouncing on the floor give momentum, so your actually making the deadlift easier Nick.

  • Coming from someone whose favorite lift is the deadlift, I'd suggest making sure you arms are perfectly strait and not jerking when you start the pull. I've seen great lifters tear a bicep by not following this protocol. Great strength, though.

  • your friken huge!
