father should have equal rights to their children as mothers do its very unfair to tell a child guess what kid youll spend all your time with mom yet youll only see dad once every 2 weeks or so.. thats insane... only reason women dont want this is becouse they are not interested in REAL equality and would come up with ANY reason for denying men and children their rights... if women would put themselves in our shoes they would see how bad it really is on the other side of the grass

This isn't a "fathers rights vs mothers rights issues for me it's the "right of a child" to able to go home without the fear of home being afraid of abuse or torture.... It's the right of a child to speak out on their abuse & BE HEARD!

Having a knee-jerk response of halting a parental relationship based on the whims of a child without evidence we'd have mothers and fathers losing contact with their child left and right!

@darricksf using terms like "knee-jerk response" & "on the whims of a child" belittles the voice of a child & parent who is worried their abuser may get even by hurting their child & is demeaning. Stop talking down to people & minimizing the dangers of leaving children alone with abusers out for revenge. There are just *too many* children being abused & killed. Until we're *certain it's a "whim" & a child is not being harmed no unsupervised visitation period end of story!
