  • whats the name of that machine your using?

  • first exercise is like an upright row that works the ANTERIOR DELTOIDS.

    second exercise is cable cross overs and works the RHOMBOIDS (internal rotation of the scapula)

    Third exercise works the lateral deltoids (side of shoulders)

    the last one is the full upright row which again works the front delts.

    The traps are worked to a secondary degree, but why post these as "traps" exercises?
