we africans will survive regardless by going back to africa

and if bob marley was alive noww thats were he would be

    R.I.P BOB MARLEY<3

  • @keif420smokee I don`t think bob marley would be in africa considering how violent and disease ridden it is

  • @justhere4comment have you ever been in Africa? Your message strongly suggests otherwise.

  • @Baal1985 no i have not. if you have been to africa than you were put in some pampered hotel in a small nice vacation resort. you cannot tell me that africa is nice and modern. there is genocide and disease

  • @justhere4comment you dont know me, so dont you dare jump to conclusion. Yes I have been in Africa, 6 month, it was not in no fancy hotel, neither at a rich family. I stayed at a lower middle-class in a suburb to Accra.

Middle-class because the family could afford to send their children to university (Ghana has free education, but you need to pay some school fees), but lower since they had no generator during light off. So I have an idea of Ghana.

  • @justhere4comment Africa consists of 53 (soon 54) countries, andyes some of them have experienced Genocide. But so have several European countries, several Asian countries and even in the USA, I mean do you believe the Amr. Indians disappeared by themselves? Africa is modern! My friend can b in a village in no man's land and get on the internet on his cell. The sale of cellphones has exploded the last ten years there. When u go, you'lll see Africa is not that different from the rest of the world

  • @Baal1985 most almost all african countries have expierienced some sort of genocide or dictatorship or rebellion that hurt more than it helps. you can get internet because of tourism and strong relationship with european countries who are the real cause of most modernization. african countries lead the world every year with highest disease rate and lowest life expectancy. the fact show that people in Niger on average only live to their 30s. in sierra leone you have a 33% dying from tuberlosis

  • @justhere4comment all countries have experienced dictatorship. What is modernization? When have African countries not been modern? That the West brought them cellphones and? The USA invented the PC, does that mean Europe becomes less modern because of that? Im not sayin Africa is paradise but it is neither hell. To use 1 country to exemplify an entire continent would b to use N/Korea to simplify Asia, Belarus to simplify Europe or Panama to simplify America. The world does not work that way.

  • @Baal1985 i used a example of two countries i`ll use more mozambique is war torn where a millitia is currently overthrowning a dictatorship sfter 20 years of war with casualties in the hundred thousands and there seems to be no end. libya is in a revolution against its dictator with rebels tied to al queda trying to set up an islamic state where adultry would be punished by stoning to death. it is definately not hell.but is less modern. most countries are horrible south africa=exception

  • @justhere4comment the vast majority of African countries are far from been horrible and even less Hell. Africa differs a lot, dependent if we speak of SSA or not. Mozambique is experience progress not experienced for a long time. All African countries (except Zimbabwe) have some of the highest growth rate right now.

How closely linked groups are to al-qaeda is highly discussed. Unless u have a degree in religious studies or in Middle East Studies you dont have the knowledge to pass any judgment

  • @Baal1985 first off i just want to say that i enjoy how you respond with logic. but mozambique is expieriencing a worthless struggle for power thats gon on since the late 80s. also i can pass judgement seeing as how it has actually been proven that there are links. polls were taken in libya tunisia and egypt and show that 90% would have nonmuslims murdered in there countries as a criminal offense. the real thng i was saying was bob marley would not live there if he was still alive bc hed be rich

  • @justhere4comment Again you blend SSA with the Northern part, those two parts shall be kept separated.

Mozambique is still experience growth and stability not seen for a long time. That it can be improved a lot, no doubt about that, but Mozambique is still beginning to appear to become a stabilized countries if current patterns continues. 90 % will have non-muslim killed? BS! Bob Marley would not live in Africa or in specific African countries? There is a huge different!!

  • @Baal1985 it is not BS they took a poll i looked at the results you can not beleive the truth if you want. mozambique will continue to be violent b/c when the larger better funded millitia finally gain power they will abuse as the previouse millitia did. ok i also thought that northern african countries counted as africa. in uganda they kill gays and used to kill non muslims. in somalia a warlord starved thousands of people to death to show his power and the civil has been going on since the 90s

  • @justhere4comment I have professores who have studied Islam in Africa, I have informants in Africa, I know this is BS ;) Uganda does not kill gays, it is illegal and vigilante groups to persecute gays, but they are not been killed. Uganda has not killed muslims. There is no ONE warlord in Somalia, there are so many groups that no one controls it all which is why Somalia hasn't had a working state since 1980s. You should start to read some better articles before making foolish claims

  • @Baal1985 yes they do kill gays in africa there was a petiton to ban it in the U.S but we have no power. i said NONmuslims and yes idi amin killed thousands of christians and nonmuslims to support islam which was his religion i NEVER said there was one warlord i said A warlord A referring to one of many. you obviously didn`t read my comment correctly. not all countries have expierenced dictatorship USA is the perfect example. when was there genocide in the US. also africa has more genocide

  • @justhere4comment the bill never became law (yet). Several homosexual activists are standing against the law openly admitting their sexuality, they're still alive. Amin killed not due to religious belonging but due to kinship because of patrimonalism. South Africa experienced Apartheid from post WW2 - 1994, in the USA it lasted from the 17th cent. until MLK kickstarted the black emancipation. How many blacks did you think were killed in that period? What country has not experienced dictatorship?

  • @justhere4comment in Somalia it is too simplify to talk about warlords, basicly because of the complexity of to whom you belong. The kinship and the interaction between the groups are far more complex than anywhere else. To simplify it to warlords would be to turn the blind eye to the complicatedness, and you openly admitted you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about here! You thanked me for using logic, I am sad that I cannot say ditto.

  • @Baal1985 i said that A warlord who was in control of mogadishu starved many people to prove he could end peoples lives at his will. all i said was strait out of a textbook i just dont take the time to make things formal like you do bc i have places to be. i`ve spoken with people from ethiopia.from what they say it is not modern.this man told me he had to run 10km to a spring every morning bc it was there only water. he had to cross a river with a log for a bridge.this is an example of what im

  • @justhere4comment that depends how modernity is defined. If u mean group-beloning, bureaucracy etc Ethiopia is modern. If we talk about technology then the urban areas are extremely modern while rural areas havent changed the last 100 yrs. That's Africa, technologically speaking it's very modern and not at the same time. My place is to b is in school so at least im taught proper knowledge so Ive a vain idea what Im talkin about instead of referring to random non-peer-reviewed articles and books

  • @Baal1985 yes my source was peer reviewed. i just didnt paying massive amounts of money on a anthropology course as i assume you took or some similar course. our heated discussion grows weary to me and i feel it must end i would like you to know you have changed my view a little but i would like to end with i believe bob marley would not be living there

  • @justhere4comment education is free in DK, so I havent spent lot of money either ;) I no rich kid, I from a lower-middle class family who just pulled myself together.

That you want to remain believing Marley wouldnt be living there, however you openly admitting you know nothing about the place you are talking about by constantly wanting to make Africa a monolithic, homogenous place framed as the different primitive "other". That just displays your prejudices.

  • @Baal1985 saying also angolia had a 27 year civil war with communists being funded by russia and capitalist being funded by U.S. i also dont understand why you say america was apartheid yes most blacks were slaves but a black could gain his freedom. also 17cent. to when? 18cent? give an example of a american dictator. you cant because of the different branches so no one man has all the power as needed to be a dictator. it wasn`t apartheid

  • @justhere4comment So what would you call the time before MLK started the emancipation of the blacks in the USA? racial discrimination? Ghettofication? Parallel societies? A dictator is not necessary evil, it is just the lack of a somewhat separation of the three powers. If the USA has had dictators in the past? it depends who you ask. If you ask a white, middle-class citizens then none post-colonization, if you ask a native or some of the blacks elderly their answer might differ, just saying.

  • @Baal1985 sorry but this last part i found was so stupid i must point out it doesnt depend on who you ask.people cant change a definition to mean what they want it to. also i never made africa out to be this hell you change my words to fit want you them to. you still have yet to point out an american leader who would be classified by legal definition as a dictator.and because i am a libertarian i see all dictatorships as bad

  • @justhere4comment you need to cut ideology. I am nothing, if it works I don't care if it is viewed as libertarian or socialism. That you refuse to accept things that might collide with your ideology is not my problem it is you who have to change the lens to which you see the world. I did answer the dictator-USA question. I see no need to repeat myself when people can scroll down and re-read previous messages sent.

  • Truth, Simplicity, Good intention, Good Vibrations, and Good Words = Bob Marley

  • Thank you for viewing this video and showing Marley still lives on, not just with the super pot heads.

  • @Narutofan1000k

lol super potheads? marley was one himself.

  • Everywhere is War. Injustice runs rampantly across the land. People, come out of your coma. The dollar has taken you hostage and hypnotized you with stars and shiny things. Ah, but that's the magic of the wizards. They have us under the deepest spell. As soon as one of us comes out like this, you shut them down, and make the world turn on them! A beast so masterfully created, it self-destructs while facing sparkles.
