  • if your deity exists

why did he make so many atheists

  • this is the best combo...i love these guys

  • @thecharliecollins I like Jeff Dee and his rants more

  • if god is real why did he create 240p??

  • I have an example of something coming from nothing: Pocketlint.

  • Actually, if you study quantum mechanics (and its associated experimental results), there are plenty of examples of something coming from nothing.

  • @lease2coach1 Like how electrons could pop in and out of existance in several times in picoseconds!

  • @lease2coach1 not to mention antimatter.

  • 0:51, well thats great because ddhddhddhhh x)

  • Actually, The Atheist Experience, quantum mechanics basically tells us, to within 10 decimal places, that empty space is in fact not empty. Unobservable empty space is actually a frothing primordial goo of sub-atomic particles popping in and out of existence. This, coupled with another claim of quantum mechanics -- that anything possible will happen -- leads many contemporary physicists to believe that the universe did in fact come from nothing.

    Still doesn't prove god :)

  • @Icomposeme Am I right in thinking zero point energy can be used? In that you can get energy from nothing aslong as it is paid back (obviously not that simple) at some point.

So the universe could just be two opposing charges of zero energy.

although we don't really know if anti-matter really exists, so who knows.

  • Here we go! When you try to seriously talk to a religious person, you will always get nonsense like "How do you know the wind exists, if you can't see it?" Except as an idle pastime, all too often it's not worth arguing with religious people, because they're too stupid to make valid arguments.

  • And I hate it when people cant spell people !

  • @ImTheDawwg Poeple are so dumb.

  • "Read your bible!" I think that's the best part :D

  • typical religous person. cherry picking the bits they want to hear

  • i hate when pepole say 240p.... we meet again and get the top comment, and i hate when pepole say that they hate that.

  • "If americans came from europeans, than why are there still europeans?" Analogy win.

  • @GareBearCS

    /watch?v=Be_7m7aoAZc

  • @fkaah Let me make myself very clear, Islam does not destroy atheism buddy, no religion does. And there's one simple fact for that; they all don't have any evidence supporting their beliefs. Sorry man, the only thing Islam destroys is free thought...

  • Even if there weren't any transitional fossils (and there are tons), we have something Darwin didn't have access to: DNA. And DNA proves that we (living beings) are genetically related.

  • 240p... we meet again.

  • @Nepycros lol

  • Mabey god ordered those evil things when he was young and rebellious.

  • @msc8472 so god gets older? he has biological clock? which means he is constrain by time? which means he cant control EVERYTHING cos he cant control his age. which means that god is just like humans.. which means... anyways.. its all BS. we know how universe came into existance ( based on available evidence) and thrz a big possibility of multiverse (based on evidence) which makes our planet (unlike in scriptures) irrelevant to the universes that exist cos we r tiny spec in the dust of galaxies.

  • @chinamanspeakenlis I agree with you.I was being sarcastic.

  • @chinamanspeakenlis

    /watch?v=Be_7m7aoAZc

  • Creationists are so funny. They want to see a transitional fossil half something to half something else but if we ever found it, it would disprove evolution.

  • The hosts have to jump all over the place. The caller wants to say something factually incorrect about the big bang, and then wants to jump to and talk about the scientific method before they have a chance to correct him. Then when they tell him to stop so they can explain he tells them not to tell him to stop. Haha.

  • also, the bible and christanity is a compilation of over seventeen ancient belief systems.

  • @SuperBamababy1 Yeah Yahweh belongs to the Canaanite Pantheon of Gods along with Satan, a neutral Canaanite Fire-God.

  • the bible gives no knowledge. Its very historically inaccurate. the times of events are watered down and contradict themselves. just because me and a small population of the world do not have a deity to worship dosent mean we do not have morals. these morals that the bible teaches where in place way before the Torah was even written...

  • @SuperBamababy1 Of course. Genesis? You'd have to be stupid or just completely insane to believe it. Noah's flood? Utter bullshit. Exodus? Anti-Egyptian propaganda. OT is such complete, total evil.

  • i think this poor creationists brain just fizzled.

  • @bonkuraysan How can you say his brain fizzled. Religious people have no functioning brains. I think Psychologist Albert Ellis was correct when he said religious faith was a form of mental illness. These people are NUTS!

  • @MrQuantumBob true enough

  • Literal interpretations of the OT? Seriously? Weak, atheists.

  • @RyanMatthias Not interpreting things in the Bible literally because they're uncomfortable for you to fathom? Weak, theists.

  • @auroraman56 What? I believe in God and I believe in the teachings of Jesus, but I am not a "Christian" in the typical sense of the word. I regard the Bible and most all religious texts as gifts from which I can acquire wisdom and knowledge, but by no means does this preclude them from containing ideas/passages/etc. I don't believe in/disagree with. Believe it or not, religion/spirituality is not a black and white issue although fundamentalists or militant atheists might try and say otherwise.

  • @RyanMatthias I understand you completely. I fully understand that the Bible has some good teachings, especially some of Jesus' teachings, but my point is that lots of people just focus on the happy bits of the Bible and say it's God's word, but then completely ignore the parts of the Bible that they are uncomfortable with and make up rationalizations to defend it. But you view the Bible more as just teachings and wisdom, not unlike if I read about Buddha, so that's cool.

  • @RyanMatthias Well said, Ryan. Well said.

  • Hihi. An invisible magic man who would have to have created hundreds of billions of galaxies with hundreds of billions of stars in each, let life evolve on this planet for 4 billion years, but then destroys life on this planet because some members of a particular desert-dwelling tribe among thousands of tribes in the world, were "sinning"? Haha,I don't think there are enough shrooms on the whole planet for me to eat to become crazy and retarded enough to believe in that story! Fun,but retarded!

  • it is enterteinment rof me to attack atheists :) cause they are so sure about what they think.. hey, keep your thoughts for yourself about universe, because it is infinite, you know, it is big enough to everything, so blow me once again :D my imagination is unlimited, so i'm god here, i can create everything i want, because i have it, since my birth.. so you can keep copy other people and keep enterteining me you fuckin brainless morons ! :D

  • This caller is a complete idiot who hasn't even bothered to study his own religion.

  • FInally.. just a thought.. if all things are random molecular re-ordering processes, and various chemical reactions and so forth.. then why is there "beauty" universally understood.. and meaning and purpose..and so on. The concepts of good and evil universally understood.. and why would our thoughts have any more meaning than the sound of the wind.

  • @petecantsing Short answer: There isn't.

  • @petecantsing

Get over yourself. There is nothing special about human beings.

  • @petecantsing Good and Evil are not universally understood. Sociopaths for example. Also beauty is entirely subjective and isn't universal. Thirdly morality can be reasoned out by practicality because pain and pleasure are universally understood. Meaning is what we say it is. Meaning is up to each invidual sentient being.

  • @petecantsing Secondly the "sound of wind" is just that: thoughts. Sound doesn't REALLY exist. It's our minds conceptualizing vibrations in air molecules. Just like color is our brains interpreting different photon frequencies. Also there is no "random" process. Chemical reactions aren't random. Evolution does explain beauty because emotions (reaction to beauty) wouldn't be of much use if "beauty" was taken from self destruction.

  • God has revealed his nature in the new/old testaments.. man need only respond. THAT is definition of devine.. that God reaches man.. Religion fails man as it teaches him he can reach god by being a good person.. OR doing something to earn his redemption without Jesus and his death on a cross. Our trust (in faith) in that cross, that it is our redemption to Him.. will graft us in to a family in a relationship with Him. That is the GOOD NEWS. -love

  • Man wants to exchange God's objective moral law with his subjective one because it suits his nature.. but God's redemptive plan has been offered free of charge because of the price paid when Jesus died.. the old testament shows God to be a shephard of his people Israel and is an honest account (that alone lends authenticity) of heroes and failures.. God always acted to protect the messianic line.. foretold (study it for yourselves folks) and fully realized accurately in the new testament

  • @petecantsing God doesn't have objective morality at all. For instance he can do things we can't. He's jealous and venceful. The book states that explicitly. These are things we are not granted. That's subjectivity because if you postulate that he can have those things because he's "perfect" then you're talking about subjective and calculated morality.

  • If you go back as far as you can in the cause/effect cycle.. then logically you only have that the start of the universe is by an uncaused cause.. outside of time and space as it could not have been a part of the created.. think about it... in light of the modern methods of observation.. the smallest molecule is a well oiled machine (see the book "Darwin's Black Box". you can't have any of it's parts missing while going thru the called evolutionary process

  • @petecantsing molecules dont go through an evolutionary process, atleast learn some very rudimentary basics before you show off your ignorance. Because you only display stupidity.

  • @petecantsing

"the smallest molecule is a well oiled machine (see the book "Darwin's Black Box". you can't have any of it's parts missing while going thru the called evolutionary process "

AKA as irreducible complexity. Which was utterly debunked. Read a science book.

  • @petecantsing There's no reason to believe the universe had a "start", that's a limit imposed by your intellect. HOWEVER, even if (as you state) you have to then believe that the universe was caused "outside of time and space" WHICH YOU DISCOUNT doesn't it strike you as an itsy-bitsy illogical that you then have no problem believing in an unseen, unproven, unprovable, inert being that YOU believe is "outside of time and space" and created the universe. That requires delusion beyond insanity.

  • @petecantsing An uncaused cause? No one is suggesting that the Big Bang is the beginning of EXISTENCE. At all. A molecule is a well oiled machine? What does that mean? How do you judge a molecules "perfection"? The universe is filled with chaos and "imperfection". It's imperfect because it doesn't have our existence in mind. And what do you mean missing parts? Also time doesn't exist. It's an illusion due to our only seeing a cross section of the fourth dimension.

  • For anyone interested in the "universe from nothing" part, and what some current scientific theories/explanations are, I recommend looking for a two-part BBC documentary, called "Everything" and "Nothing". The "Nothing" documentary deals with vacuum, virtual particles, and what the universe may have been like ("nothing") in the beginning.

  • i use to destroy creationists, but then i took an arrow to the knee

  • @blahblarg1 What is this arrow to the knee stuff? I've seen this before but I don't know what it's referring to.

  • @VeritasLuxMea100

I used to not know what he was referring to, then I took an arrow to the knee.

  • @VeritasLuxMea100 I use to play skyrim., then i took an arrow in the knee

  • @blahblarg1 Shut the fuck up. That joke is so fucking old.

  • how do nearly all the conversations last 10 mins? anyone else notice that it just goes for 10 mins on so many o them n it doesnt cut the conversation short it just ends at the right time? . . . god did it

  • you people are idiots, the whole movement of atheism was build by media, you don't even know how to use logic, or question everything, you are just a bunch of losres who want to become someone, but you will fail like everybody else, because those who control this world will fuck you up, and i personaly will destroy every ateist with my fists, cause most of you came from rich families, and you have no idea what it is to be in lower class, so fuck you, and your family, your mom blows me every week

  • @draugelisbl Typical theist hypocrisy. Love thy neighbor and treat him as you would be treated of course that is unless he doesnt believe what you believe. Dumbass

  • @draugelisbl so, what you saying is: poor people have it harder, therefore their believe must be right?

Why do the most brainwashed people always think that everybody else is brainwashed? Much of the poverty in the world happened because of dogmatic worldviews, especially by christianity.

P.S.: to the I-punch-every-atheist-with-my-fist-thingy: isn´t that a bit hypocritical coming from a christian?

P.P.S.: if you ever come to Europe, send me a message so we can punch it out...

  • @draugelisbl Hello there Mr. Troll, you said "you people are idiots" ... "losres." Your whole paragraph is one long sentense that has no period, just a bunch of commas -_- Stop your hate, learn to properly spell and punctuate a sentense and I might take you seriously. You have NO idea what you're talking about.

  • ALL ATHEISTS ARE COCKSUCKERS!!!!! PRAY TO YOUR BIG BANG THEORY TO NOT MEET ME IN THE STREET

  • @draugelisbl You better pray you don't meet myself then; self-defense and conceal-carry is a beautiful thing, and I will not feel one bit of guilt when I put a bullet in that tiny organ of yours that can barely even be recognized as a brain. Hopefully you'll be alive though so that you can be prosecuted and convicted, and so everyone can recognize you as the Extremist Prick—a person that proves how some of us humans haven't evolved logic and reason just yet. Have a nice day, bitch :)

  • If bald people came from people with hair, then how come there are still people with hair?

  • Statement of the century, -- aimed at ignorant christians -- "Read your bible."

    Well said.

  • FOR ALL ATHEISTS !! if you are so clever /watch?v=atxGNYrBftI watch this, and if you didn't, do not reply on my comment.. if you did, your journey has begun :D

  • @draugelisbl Oh yeah and this is also on wikipedia, and everyone knows that everything on wikipedia and youtube are 100% truth. You cannot argue with any statements mentioned on wiki or youtube. This is fact of life. draugelisbl you are totally a genius in research. Retard...

  • @draugelisbl I saw illuminati and closed that video.

  • @draugelisbl I watched it. You're an idiot

  • @draugelisbl Sort your head out mate!

  • The caller is surprised to hear atheists say that Hitler & Mother Theresa both end up 'injustly' buried with no afterlife. But he accepts as 'just' that Hitler & a kind non christian will end up together in hell forever. Hellooo!

  • 2 closed minded assholes on air! and dumb ass christian speakin to 'em

  • @draugelisbl What makes you say they're closed minded?

    PS: Watch this first...

    /watch?v=T69TOuqaqXI

  • @jussts all atheists are closed minded, also in the vid which you send.. main reason : ignoring spirituality, just because their logic can not figure that out, well, logic is based upon life experiences, and if you didn't had one of spiritual origin, then you won't be able to understand others who had.. and they are ignoring all great books, rituals and meditations.. and they will never try that because they think it is nonsense.

  • @draugelisbl "all atheists are closed minded"

That's a pretty bold statement. One that I'm afraid speaks more of your state of mind more than anyone else's.

PS: What exactly do you mean by "spiritual"? That's an incredibly vague term. And how does one go about determining if an experience is of "spiritual origin"?

  • @jussts i mean ghosts, higher beings, your own development like astral travel, opening chakras etc.. ex : i was practising out of body travels (dream control) , apeared a friend who also does this, so we decided to meet while our bodies sleeping.. and we were successfull, then we met in awake state of mind and discused that.. also i talked with higher being from higher dimension thru ritual, and everything what he said was true,. atheists will never ever understand my words because of bold ego

  • hahaha you guys are funny! ;)

  • Pardon: I admire the patience OF these guys. It's late.

  • I admire the patience these guys. If I were behind the desk, I'd break down at least once per show and start yelling "Let me explain it to you: you're a f--king idiot is the explanation! You oughta be forced to have 'WARNING: MORON" tattooed on you stupid forehead!" Or something like that, but you get the idea.

  • that is why i always tell the christians "My believe in god is the equivalent of your believe in unicorns."

  • You guys seem like you really hate God. Hatred makes you biased, therefore you have left the path of science and you walk the path of evil. Reality check: You are evil.

  • @LoneMonk1 We don't hate God. We don't believe in God. Not believing in unicorns does not make me biased and walking the path of the Purple Clam. -- This reaction of claiming we hate what we don't accept is generally just an emotional reaction to having your invisible friend insulted. The invisible friend that is just a manifestation of your personal ego.

  • @Tatarize So arrogant! Wrong. Me and my ego are just a manifestation from my invisible friend, not the other way around. Apart from God, I have no indepenent existance.

  • @LoneMonk1 You think you're really an aspect in the mind of the creator of the entire universe and I'm arrogant. Seriously, you're pretty much saying you're God, and I'm arrogant for looking at the world and say, yup this is what it looks like.

  • @Tatarize I am not God. I am a Christian, like many other Christians before and after me. The Spirit of God acts in me, through me, and with me. I fall short every day, but Jesus Christ lifts me up. Jesus can lift you as well. May God's love come into your heart and may he show you all you were really meant to be and make you perfect. God bless.

  • @LoneMonk1 How does this differ greatly from the claims of other religionists in other contradictory religious factions. I could point you to the express and amazed born again experiences of Moonies in the cult of Sun Myung Moon, or people within Scientology? And if it doesn't differ, why should I be more inclined to accept your religious ideas than somebody's else's? How can I make the right choice given that I don't see any significant difference between the various options.

  • @Tatarize I hate God for making me hate him so much

  • @Kow8675309 Seems legit.

  • @Kow8675309 u r a weed among the wheat.

  • @Kow8675309

    /watch?v=Be_7m7aoAZc

  • @Kow8675309 I hate God for making me hate the fact that he hates me hating the fact that he hates me hating him. *twirls mustache*

  • @LoneMonk1 By the way it is a common misconception science does not prove anything. P.S. Obeying an intangible spirit to do horrible things is also evil. P.P.S keep your concepts of good and evil to yourself.

  • I'm still waiting for the day when one of the hosts flips out and screams: "Were you really born this stupid, or did you have to work on it?" XD

  • But something *can* come from nothing... Google "vacuum fluctuations and virtual particles".

  • @FantasmaBAnco This video is several years old. It's actually quite likely they would today mention virtual particles and zero sum universe along with a reference to Krauss' A Universe From Nothing. -- Also you run into the denials that humans evolved from apes but only from common ancestors far less today due to influences from Aron Ra and others who rightly point out that humans are apes and the common ancestor of humans and chimps was an ape that we rightfully evolved from.

  • Barenaked ladies.....really guys?

  • How can anyone not believe in creationism ?

of course we were created by God, or else how do we explain the way we think ?

IF evolution really exist, why don't we have crocoducks ?

    zz

  • @decemberbenjamin If Creationism is true, why do we have the Duck-Billed Platypus or the Echidna? If every animal on the planet came from it's own kind, then how can mammals that lays eggs exist?

  • Crime scene investigators don't "see" what happened but they can use science to tell you exactly what happened.

  • lol, perfect example of the average creationist belief system. as a bonus, he also shows the average creationist understanding of the scientific method. both are laughable and a good reason to write your senator about funding education.

  • @GohModley <-------------- Does not know what Evolution says and has proven

  • Evolution is a FACT. Get over it.

  • I dun got no tail so I ain no ape

  • @GohModley Apes don't have tails. And humans are apes.

  • @jeremythehuman Just cuz yer mamma got fur on her butt don't make me a ape

  • @GohModley Never mind then.

  • @jeremythehuman yeah you better run

  • @GohModley No I wasn't running from your dumb ass. I realized your to stupid to reason with.

  • @GohModley You gonna respond you shithead motherfucker?

  • @jeremythehuman Bring it, bitch. I might be in a wheelchair these days but I can still kick your ass.

  • @GohModley just because you regurgitate bad reasoning doesnt make you intelligent.

  • @MagnusNyborg Just because you diss me doesn't make you intelligent. Let me guess. You are a gay homosexual and you feel shame about that so you hate God and are now an atheist. You guys are such open books.

  • @GohModley i dont know what a gay homosexual is, maybe you are a straight homosexual. :P No, my anger is only directed straight towards your ignorance and what you attempt to do with that.

  • @GohModley 1. Apes don't have tails, monkeys do.

    2. For the millionth fucking time: humans did not evolve from apes! Apes and humans share a common ancestor, just like siblings sharing a common parent. One sibling did not evolve from the other one.

  • @Xanatos712 WRONG! There is no transicional forms. God made Humans monekys and apes. Moron. visit a zoo. do you see any monkeys turning into humans or crocodiles turning into ducks. Here a buck and go buy a clue.

  • @GohModley There ARE transitional forms, go look them up. Wikipedia: 'List of human evolution fossils'

Evolution is a process that takes a VERY LONG TIME, which is why you don't see apes in zoos suddenly losing all their hair and reading the morning paper. How come you don't see acorns turning into oak trees overnight? Because it takes a VERY LONG TIME. Idiot.

  • @GohModley you are the stupidest commenter ive seen yet,

1 we are apes for we have portable thumbs and have all the other primape indications.

2 your retarded for saying your last comment on the zoo nonsense.- there was a time a million or-so years ago where apes had disadvantages with brainwork, walking on ground, and defending themselves so as time went on, their backs straightened and feet lost portability to run, and the other disadvantages etc, and this past down genetically.

  • @GohModley - still not done.

3 you comment like a 5 year old.

4 as i said the only reason apes arent turning into humans now is because they dont need to, in time hardnesses died down for them, therefore content. while we were evolving from neanderthols, (or however you spell that).

5 evolution has all proof and no proof-against, only small fixable gaps.

while ofcourse "god" or "allah" or "mosses" etc have no proof but ALL proof against them, and if you think REEEALLY hard, its all bs

  • @gottaluvbirds bet yu luv niggers

  • @GohModley You also have atrocious grammar. Have a nice day :)

  • Prove otherwise? and please not yr based on theory (from nothing)!!!!

  • Stephen Hawking's says that indeed positive energy can and does come from nothing or negative energy. To simplify this concept imagine you dig a hole in the dirt. The mound you create represents positive energy the hole it leaves is negative energy. +and - happen simultaneously.

"Because there is a law such as gravity, the universe can and will create itself from nothing".

    -Stephen Hawking

  • Sorry Guys I would like to correct you: You said man didn't come from apes because man and ape share a common ancestor. WE ARE APES. Homo Sapien Sapien is the "5th ape" and your answer is correct but should be more specified such as "Chimpanzees still exists because Humans and Chimpanzees share a common ancestor...however WE ARE APES".

Love what you guys do, but perhaps this may ferret out some of the confusion. :)

  • By that guy's logic, if nobody is present to witness a murder, that means that you can never prove the killer is guilty no matter how much evidence is stacked against him.

  • This helped remind me of why one of my favourite quotes from Terry Pratchett's Discworld came from the character of Death when he said "THERE IS NO JUSTICE, ONLY ME."

Im reading his book 'Small Gods' right now. It is a great book and does a great job poking fun at christianity.

  • 'why are there still apes'?

Because we are not dead yet.

  • every form is a transitional form to the next

  • Why the fuck do so many creatonists have this idea that evolution is linear? It's like they don't even bother to researcht he subject, otherwise they'd know that species can branch out into MULTIPLE other species (which can exist WITH the original species). Do they not know that creatures can reproduce more than 1 offspring?

  • This is proof kids.

    Drugs do work.

    Religion doesn't work.

  • @lewisner That's why I choose drugs over religion.

  • Science is like a foreign language. You can read the words and understand their definition but you have to know the usage and learn the slang before You actually know how to speak it.

  • @JAB63096 Well put - but the problem often lies in people *thinking* they know and understand the definition when they don;t

  • @neverfearchrisishere I think the problem lies more with people thinking that if they, personally, cannot understand something (evolution etc) that it can't be possible. Which is scary because there's plenty of stuff I don't know. I couldn't create a vaccine for measles, for example. Should I believe it doesn't work? I couldn't build a space shuttle either. I'll decide it isn't really possible. Mankind would be in caves, if that was the dominant mentality.

  • HAHAHA: "You should stop reading science books written by creationists!"

  • @Sgagnot Hello you shit faced desecration.

You have blocked me, but keep going to my page and asking for a debate. Unblock me you little faggot and I'll comment back. If you're too dumb to do that then go back to sucking your daddy's dick and get the fuck out of the way.

  • @AndreHiltre It seems there was a reason for the block.

  • woop, Barenaked Ladies-Gordon-Hello City found it

  • what is the name of the song at the beginig of the vid?

  • lmao the christians are too proud....just like -thy shall not be proud

  • @Tarn1968 It's like saying: "I don't believe I had great-grandparents. If I had great-grandparents, how come I still got cousins?"

  • I notice they never discuss the "FACTS" that pottery, weapons, and human waste have been discovered in the prehistoric fossil layer. If we are discussing scientific fact, explain that. they Deny Physics by eliminating Cause. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Hence there can be no big bang without CAUSE. What about the FACT, that the bible defined the world as round, long before science proved it? Science was formed by men of Faith. NEWTON being one

  • @NOISLAMINUSA the bible says that the world is a circle, not a sphere, not even round, and in any case, how that proves that everything about god and the bible is real, that only proves than jews were better observers than greeks. Newton was an exception, most of greatest scientist have been atheists. And the big bang obviously had a cause, nobody i saying something diferent, is just that we dont know what, but there is no reason to believe that god did it, as the same whit unicorns or fairies.

  • @NOISLAMINUSA First, pre-historic simply means before recorded history. And science never says that no human fossils will be found before recorded history. Simply that no human layer was found before human evolved, for instance Jurassic period. Cause and effect would also apply for god too. What's the cause for god? And you have nothing to prove that the cause for the big bang was caused by a supernatural being. You can't make an argument from ignorance because that's why we have myth.

  • @NOISLAMINUSA Whenever, we don't have answers we have to look for them and not infer speculation. We didn't know what cause lighting, then we came with this Zeus ideas. The bible says that the earth was a circle, not a globe. By the way, the ancient also believes that by observing the earth shape on the moon during eclipse. So, the description of the planet was wrong. If the biblical writers had so much knowledge, why could they tell people something useful like, boiling water before they

  • @NOISLAMINUSA drink it?Why didn't god reveal how to make vaccines to Moses, the prophets, Paul and Peter. Yes, science was developed by men of faith, but they also had to use rational thinking and abandoned their religious superstitions to develop science. Also, these men live in a time when it was dangerous to even criticized faith and when the supernatural was the only way to explain things. Would Newton still be a christian if he had the knowledge of genetics, carbon dating,

  • @NOISLAMINUSA radioacive dating? What if he know about the big bang, the theory of evolution? If he knew about the geological record, speciation, genetic drifting, the expansion of the universe, and all the current knowledge we have today, would he still accept the biblical account of the universe? Would Newton and his contemporaneity still be Christians, or would they, like most scientists today, be atheist/agnostics? The fact that he was christians certainly doesn't make Christianity true.
