  • my sttock silverado does 7.7 0-60 lol

  • My 96 chevy all stock can do it in 11 sec...i got a vid

  • Not bad. Im getting 4.5 sec 0-60 in my 01 Sierra.

  • 350 stock has alot of low end HP but do decent at high rpms considering the cam duration, the 5.3 has pussy bottom end powe but once you break past 4000 rpms the 5.3 will scream and tear a 350 a new asshole in the 1/4

  • Run it through the side gears. Keep it in second until you hit 90 @ 5200, THEN shift. Makes a HUGE difference.

  • Mine goes 0-100,000 in 9 seconds

  • @LukasDaniel2013

Damn! How did you do that lol.

  • it actually got to 60 at 12 second in the video and 100 at 27 seconds but you know same thing...........

  • Nice wheel spin there. My truck can do that for about 5 seconds but that's because the tires are worn haha

  • These guys are dumb!!!! A 5.3 will and does leave a 350 at the start and finish line. If anybody thinks diff then look it up. I'm talking bout like a 100hp diff. I leave em all the time with mine. and also do the 5.4s, most 5.7 dodges to. so if you have a 350 go brag to some body with a Honda or something. Good job on your video bro. what do you mean you did a throttle body bypass?

  • 0-60 in 9 seconds is actually REALLY good, my stock Ranger did 0-60 in 10 seconds, and you truck is considerable heavier then the Ranger.

  • @XxTournaquetxX its down to 5 seconds now

  • i got 0-60 in 8.2-8.5 segs in my regular cab, regular box 5.3 silverado... which gears you have?

  • i thought these shut off at 98?

  • @toofst911 they do when they're stock

  • Comment removed

  • I'll do one of mine, mines 0-60 in a lil less than 6 seconds, 0-80 in like 8 seconds so I guess in 10-11 seconds I'm at 100. Idk,

  • what size of engine do you have?? i have a 5.3

  • @evjau5

    same

  • It's a fullsize truck that's probably a stock 5.3. People on here are saying how much quicker their 350's are, well no shit.

  • No, it is slow, my '98 Sierra with the 5.7L 350 would chew that up and spit it out, and it's practically stock.

  • @cameronblair6 i doubt it. a 350 has great low end, but that ls will run you down and eat you alive

  • why did it jump from 0 to 20 while the tires were squealing??

  • @kylekrauskopf umm unno maybe becuase the tires are spinning !? lol

  • @mike12392 mine dont do that and its a 95 lookin back tho i sound pretty stupid haha

  • hmmm my 0-60 seems a bit faster however urs seems to pull maybe a bit harder after that... mines a totally stock 02 ecsb chevy 5.3.....

  • you have more low-end torque than me. my headers did a nice job of lowering my low-end torque but increasing my high-end HP

  • this is runnin as fast if not lsower than my 2.4 twin cam cavy.

  • dude no offence but ur truck is slow as shit

  • its not slow, but it's not fast. Its quite a bit quicker than stock. But, I am restricting all aftermarket parts since i dont have a tune. And what do you drive that's so fast??

  • my 6.0L is the same year

  • that was definately wot... i have a truck exactly like this only its bone stock and the gear changes are in exactly the same places, only 0-60 is more like 7 seconds

  • I agree with the tune up lol We have a 2000 Yukon XL with 177K on it and it will max in between 5500 and 6000 RPM.

  • you need a tune ASAP!

  • haha, i kno. im gonna be settin one up with nelson here soon

  • idk what it was im not into the big 18wheeler stuff but there was a big truck with a long cab and a 53' trailer full of a shipment that broke down and ran off the road into a 3 foot ditch down my country back road and i pulled his whole truck out easy and thats a 2wd...have u seen the vids on here of the hemi 4x4s pullin semis out of ICE look up hemi vs semi anyways a good set of headers will give u 20 to 30hp depending on ur engine maybe more maybe less

  • remember the tow rating is just a rating. try pulling a kenworth century class with an 80 inch sleeper out of the mud when its sunk to the frame. my chevy does it with fairly little grunt

  • did you use the overhaul mode for that run?

  • no, i did not

  • how much do headers improve HP?

  • is your truck just stock b/c i wanna know how u got it to hit 100 b/c my governor kicks in at 98 or 99

  • no. ive got a dynomax 3" exhaust system w/ headers, an AEM cold air intake, and a corvette servo.

  • yeah you can buy horsepower and when you have the most powerful engine in its class you have the advantage of modding it and still being faster than a truck thats modded even more than mine and i shouldve bought a better chip for my dads silverado ss bc the hypertech didnt do anything but override the governor and give him really crisp shifts but no noticeable power gain my superchip in my hemi is NUTS and i used to run him off the line now im just leavin him sitting there

  • Sure you can buy a truck with horsepower, but it's more fun when you mod and upgrade it yourself.

  • that was like 8 seconds

    give yourself more credit

  • i went WOT from the line, but after that i let off the gas

  • slow, some minivans have better times than that

  • i wasnt running WOT
