It's hard to say, but the video was recorded when I had done pole for 2,5 years. I didn't work on spinny though from the start. One problem is to manage to give it the needed momentum. For a newbe it easily becomes either too little or too much, but it will get better with time. Second is that to be able to really work hard on spinny you need a lot of strength and a good grip since you will fight a lot of strong forces. With that said, my best advice is to work on getting stronger!
How long did it take you to get used to the spinning pole?? Any tips of getting used to it? Im terrible on one but it looks so amazing!

I'm probably quite resistant to getting dizzy, but I more or less automatically shut my eyes at the very fastest parts. That helps:).
