@gmanleader0 The problem with the Source engine is that it can only handle relatively small maps, and doesn't support incremental loading (loading content before you can see it while allowing the player to continue playing) that makes other RPG's work. It'd take some pretty heavy tweaks to the engine to get that to happen.

But hey, it's a good idea. The Source engine is very customisable and versatile. Fingers crossed :p

I enjoyed the Dark messiah demo more than the full game. It's a shame when I try to download the demo on steam it makes me download the full game because I bought it. The level design is more impressive in the demo than the full game. The game gets really repetitive and boring after awhile. So if you've played the demo just keep playing it. Don't buy the full game I unfortunately bought it when it just released for 60 fucking bucks.

@Parkerkun when you kick someone off a cliff/into spikes it seems like the game gives them an extra push to make sure they hit them. Otherwise kicking seems normal.

crysis may have a cliche story, but the gameplay is actually really expansive and fun. all the suit choices and techniques you can utilize for combat (stealth, rambo, hit n run) and the giant ass levels you can explore elevate it beyond simple eye candy. i bet youve never even played it before, but i hope you have since the 2 years your comment was made.

To be fair, "a little performance" varies from one system to another. But yes, I prefer vsync on. (Another may be the Source engine itself. It does really well with physics, but smooth, highly-detailed graphics don't seem to be its strong point. It's flexible and seems dependable to use, but as for being graphically superior...eh, I dunno. Still some damn fine games made with it though.)
