@TheOneWhoSawHim The destroyer is EASY, first kill the twins (use hell stone trick) then make a harp. Just stand on a platform bridge thats like 75 blocks high, just have a mana flower and like 50 MAX mana potions and never stop shooting. Also make sure to kill all the drone things to get health and a philosophers stone helps alot. Last thing, USE ONLY MAX HEALTH POTIONS (150hp)

@tameemz90 I prefer not to exploit things like the "hellstone trick". It's more of abuse of the mercy invincibility system than actual tactics.

Twins are the only boss you should use crystal bullets on... Low armor and hits multiple times(bout 100 dmg per megashark shot)

The Cursed bullet is good but The Crystal Bullet is still the best because it multiplies its damage

@AQWORLDSHealerMage It doesn't multiply. The fragments do the damage of the bullet, not the full damage. Cursed Bullets are actually more efficient because of the high dps of the fire :P

@t0rchicTerraria Not true for bosses, damage tests I've done say the opposite. I've tested on wall of flesh, skeletron prime, destroyer and twins, and crystal shot ends up doing more damage and get faster kills with the megashark. Cursed shot base damage is 5 higher, but those fragments of crystal shards definitely will hit large boss targets and chunk it.

@xNapalmFlamex Which is why I usually use crystal bullets :P Skeletron Prime just requires Cursed Bullets for that fire damage.

@t0rchicTerraria Oh, the arms take fire damage? Interesting to know, but not that it really matters since he's pretty easy with full gear and goes down after a few seconds of focusfire and dodging, especially with emblem and menacing reforges.

@t0rchicTerraria Yeah, with mythril you can still get chunked pretty hard, even with cross necklace and full warding reforges.

@t0rchicTerraria Of course, the strategy used for the fight is entirely gear-dependent- someone with full adamantite, at least a godly and a few armored-warding reforges shouldn't have much problem ignoring the arms either, but anything less than that is pretty lethal.

I'm curious why his bombs were not destroying your walkway. I understand they fall through the wooden platforms, but why didn't they blow up the blocks beneath it?

@jinkerz7 Skeletron Prime's bombs don't damage blocks (yet; hopefully never). If they did, whole worlds would be decimated in one fight. They also do lower damage than normal bombs.

@NnjaShOtZ Normal Skeletron does that also. It's basically a much more violent version of what other bosses do in daytime - disappear. Except he kills you first, which many people can abuse to finish him off :P

Is for twins and the destroyer). The thing is, he hits me mega hard and I don't really want to start an ironskin pot farm, so I figured I'd just make a monster bridge from left to right and fight him that way, but it seems really hard either way. Any tips?

@Zithorius Hm... I'll have to see how that works. Other than the fact that getting hit hurts more as a caster, I don't see how it could be much different. The Crystal Storm is basically the Megashark of the Casters, so if you drop down a Crystal Ball and get the buff from it you should be fine.

If you barely lose or something because you're taking too much damage, it never hurts to put a few pressure plates wired to heart statues.

@Zithorius If u dont got very good armour, i recommend to farm adamantite on a new world, farther u can use philophers stone and the health pots that give 150 hp+ so u will die afther he hit u like 100 times that makes it easyer to kill him

@Alexweethet Yeah, the Philosopher's Stone is what I use during practice for the new bosses :P

Adding on to your advice: I absolutely despise gravitation potions - it's not even a challenge any more if you use them when fighting a boss - but if it comes to it, you can use those to dodge basically any boss with ease. Gives you more time so you can let your potion cooldown run out.

This is the best tutorial I have seen. All the other ones I've seen show people using stuff you get from him to beat him. Plus the very detailed intro was very helpful.

This is the only boss I can't beat but now I think I can.
