foundation you know it? I know that foundation knows shit. Foundation knows only that squier is cheap. Well cheap is not awesome but for beginner it is perfect guitar, especially with some easy improvements.
wow that was awesome dude. what was your whammy peadle worth, im considering buying one cause all i got right now is the wah settings on my multi effects processor
try playing the in tro one octave up and setting the whammy for one octave up. it will be the same note when you have the whammy toe down, but the low note will be an octave up.
yeah, you are right. sorry, i thought you meant wah instead of whammy. But the thing i notice with this cover is that when he goes heel down of the whamy, you can hear the original note, which you can not hear in the recording. so does tom just go to down on the whammy and leave it there and then rock the wah?
sorry, but you are very wrong. A wah is not a pitch shifter. It is essential and EQ device. It is a high/low sweet. When it is heel down it cuts out the highs and when it is toe down it cuts the low.
Cut your strings lol

Or you could invest in a wah pedal and play it just like morello
amitioJ 3 years ago
or not, because its whammy not wah.
thejohnofsteel 3 years ago
Tom uses the whammy on two octaves up and the wah to make this sound!
You can hearin this cover that it doesnt sound like the original due to the lack of wah!
amitioJ 3 years ago

He use the whammy to go 2 octaves up and leaves that at 2 octaves up. Then rocks the wah to create the sound we all love!
amitioJ 3 years ago
okay, thanks.
thejohnofsteel 3 years ago
and how would you suggest tom is using a digitech whammy and his crybaby at the same time?
franqy4056 3 years ago
you dont rock the whammy. you leave it toe down and rock the wah.
thejohnofsteel 3 years ago 15
This comment has received too many negative votes show
a whammy and a wah are the same thing
they are pitch shifters
and they were just named different
