@giletuliux oh um there's more video which shows how to make the whole outfit :) oh and a suggestion! , if u have a boy u should probably use darker colours, like blue, green, etc.

how big of a dog is Bijou? What type of dog as well? I have a Terrier mix and her neck is 9.5 inches in circumference. Just wanted to compare to see if I might need to stitch less than 32.

@kaylatruongg Bijou is an 8 lb malti-poo. When I was making the sweater for her i would make the beginning chain and then slip it on her at different intervals to make sure it was fitting the way I wanted it to.

@ninilollypop I would just make the beginning chain and keep measuring it around you puppy's neck to see how big it needs to be.

I didnt do the stripes because it was for a boy dog and i had some camo yarn left over from a scarf that i made and so i wanted my little doggy to match me when we went walking. lol. I would like to make a doggy backpack for my lab. You have any suggestion. Also how would i get the measurement to make a sweater for my lab?

Hello Tracy! I am having trouble when you get to the row you crochet 20. If I crochet 20 it wraps around to far. am I doing something wrong

Hmmmm I don't know if I understand the question.Which row are you asking about?

You started 9 stitch. Did you go all the way around? You did 2 stitch and then went opposite. One area is like 2" wide and it's lower than the others? I really don't know how to describe as I see in the video.

I got confused in the 9 chain stitch. I see 2 row is lower than the 4th and 5th. I don't understand where you have that started?

I redid the entire series "Crochet Dog Sweater - Bijou's Candy Stripe Coat." The original was "shot" with a new camera and the picture was grainy and out of focus. I just couldn't live with it. So I hope you enjoy the new much clearer and more concise videos on how to make the dog sweater!
