I tried looking up some info on him but there was no year of birth listed...I'm guessing he was born around the early 70s. He looks young but I think he may be in his late 30s to around 40

99.9% i'ts him ... he was known for cruisin around berkeley all the time throughout the
90's & it looks dead on, plus him & saafir always stayed tight even when the rest of hiero were beefin with saafir.
