you can oc yr cpu as high as 2.8

higher than that and u won't boot or u lose internet connection and such ... really shitty mobo... i've ordered gigabyte OC edition mobo and 4 gigs of ram i'll try to oc my cpu to 3.0

now it's at 2.8

pci- 125

cpu ratio : 10X1

memory: 526 or 527mhz (in that area)

use these settings in bios

and u'll get some oc :D

hard to say. They are 2 different games. Both are great..

Grid is more like an simulator while this game is more for fun and street racing.
